Wonderful Place with Great Service
Great Hotel. The picture do not do it justice. Great location (not in the middle, but walkable to everything). The best part of the stay was the service! The bartenders and servers were amazing (Thank you Elliott & Thomas!) We will definitely come back!

We stayed in a junior suite - need to have a place to put clothes! Poor use of space. You could put a dresser/shelves in front of each window with lighting. Refrigerator was not working - warm. Bed comfortable, not couch and chair not comfortable.

Nice room, beautiful hotel and great location. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Only downside is the bar. The bar in the hotel is extremely slow. One guy mixing, one guy delivering, and a girl wandering around behind the bar occasionally washing a glass. The bar needs work.

Great hotel to visit during the Christmas markets. One of the largest ones is 5 min walk away, but you feel a bit secluded from all the rush. Property is clean and room is comfortable. Additional or more responsive bar staff would be great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The rooms were modern, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it a cozy retreat after exploring the city. After an initial hiccup wherr I was given a key to my room, only to find that it was still being cleaned when I got there, the rest of my stay was lovely. A very charming hotel with lots of character and close to all that Strasbourg has to offer. Nice little touches of Nespresso coffee and juice and water in the room. Very quiet overlooking the courtyard. And the most comfortable bed and pillow of the trip so far. Greaat shower too

Beautiful hotel in lobby area, patio, etc. but it falls apart when you get to room 005. Paid extra for a Deluxe room and while there was a little extra room the location was horrible (first floor street level with window to sidewalk and street, I guess the deluxe part is more floor space. The shower is odd as drain in middle (where you stand, usually closing the drain) and to turn on water it’s quite the reach with a surprise of the rainfall shower coldly flowing in your head. Air system only worked on high fan and temp was ambient with no other option, so quite warm. Also, if I’d have booked day of the price/night was $60 less, why?
