Welcome to our charming two-floor townhouse-style condo located in the heart of Stowe, Vermont. Nestled on 31 acres of picturesque open space just off Mountain Road (RT 108), this idyllic retreat offers a serene escape for your vacation.

Featuring two inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms, our condo provides ample space for your comfort. Additionally, the full-size couch downstairs can be transformed into a bed, accommodating up to six guests.

Privately Managed Property: Please note that our property is privately managed, and as such, we kindly ask that you refrain from reaching out to the resort staff for assistance. Our dedicated host is your primary point of contact and will be happy to assist you with any inquiries, concerns, or requests you may have during your stay.

This condo is located in the Village Green at Stowe community. This is a small, comfortable condominium complex located just off the Mountain Road. Guests will have access to all of the year-round communities amenities. Go for a quick walk and you can find yourself on the Stowe Recreation Path or at the Stowe Country Club. If you prefer to stay on property, we have plenty of open, grassy areas or you can enjoy the resort amenities available on-site. At the back of the office building, you'll find our Recreation area. Here we offer an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, pool table and game room year-round. Seasonally you can enjoy the outdoor pool and tennis/pickleball courts.

When you pull into the Village Green main entrance, Building 14 will be past the office building, on your right. Each unit is limited to two passenger vehicles each. If you're traveling with a larger vehicle (RV, commercial van, etc.), please reach out and we can make accommodations for you to park behind the office building.

The indoor pool, hot tub and rec facilities are located in the office building. These can be accessed from 9am to 9pm by walking up to the office and taking the covered deck around to the back of the building.

Fall Holiday in Vermont
We arrived at the Village Green Condo late evening. Check in instructions were detailed and allowed for quick entry. Everything was ready and the place was nice and clean. The kitchen has a nice keurig coffee machine and is well stocked. All appliances were functioning and there were split AC units in each room. The living room has an electric fireplace which provided a welcome warmth to condo. The next morning we found that the property has gorgeous views of the mountains and was located close to all areas we wanted to explore. Condo is well maintained for an older property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Staying at the (geo) center of Stowe
Excellent location, just in the middle of Stowe. Close to all spots of various activities, in the range from quite walking and hiking, to golf and biking (mountain included) and finally beer tasting at a couple of nearby breweries. The place was clean and well maintained. Ashley, the manager/owner, was very attentive and responded to our even additional requests promptly and with great efficiency. We seriously consider to return next summer if possible.

The place was perfect for my wife and 2 kids. You can tell a lot of thought went into the details and accomodations…. The kitchen set up, the local area and community guidebook, pool towels, the cleanliness, etc. The unit also has a new high end mini-split air conditioning system so it was super comfortable despite being 90+ degrees outside. There is a gas grill, table/chairs, and well manicured greenspace out back - which is ideal for relaxing and playing outdoor games in the evening.

Another great week in Stowe. The condo was just as advertised. The unit was clean, well stocked, and the perfect home base for our vacation. The location is great - only steps from the Stowe village restaurants and breweries and only 10 minutes from the mountain. Tim was very responsive prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Just a couple of issues. We felt the King size bed was too hard and we didn’t realize that both bedrooms AND bathrooms were upstairs. No downstairs bathroom at all. We also kept looking for the WiFi password and finally discovered that there was no Wi-Fi. If you wanted to go to the opposite end of the property you could use the Wi-Fi from the Office. On the plus side - the condo was very clean - the kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the TV in the bedroom!! Village agreement is very conveniently located!

Excellent Family Vacation Destination
We stayed for a week in August with our 9 and 10-year-old. The property had a lot to offer with swimming and tennis. The unit itself was spacious and very clean. The location was excellent, right near the rec path, shopping and restaurants. The owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Definitely won't stay here again!
