Only a couple minutes’ drive from the ferry terminal, this sea front property is the ideal base for families or groups of friends who wish to have the convenience Stornoway on their doorstep, whilst enjoying a nice peaceful neighbourhood; tucked away from the main hustle and bustle of this lively Island town.
As you enter the property and follow the spacious hallway to the rear, you’ll find to the rear, which has been newly refurbished. The kitchen comes fully equipped and provides everything you’ll need to rustle up your favourite meal whilst including microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area offers the perfect space to do a little entertaining, enjoy one another’s company over a meal, glass of wine or a board game or two when the notion takes you.
An impressive amount of attention to detail has been given to make sure guests will feel as comfortable as possible throughout by choosing high quality furniture and furnishings in all rooms. The living room offers the perfect space to relax after and put your feet up after a busy day’s exploring everything this special Island has to offer.
Upstairs, there kingsize master bedroom, complete with a shower en-suite, a double bedroom and further twin bedroom which comfortably sleeps six people in total. There is a shared bathroom downstairs, and outside there is a small seating area you can sit out and enjoy the fresh Island air to the rear of the property.
Stornoway, the bustling metropolis of Lewis, offers an impressive selection of restaurants, cafés, shops, takeaways and traditional bars to enjoy; with marina and Lews Castle woodlands and lighthouse well worth a visit.
The Isle of Lewis (and Harris) can be easily explored, with a wide selection of class white sandy beaches, sheltered coves, and rocky bays available throughout. Come visit a place where tradition still runs strong, which can be felt through the warm and welcoming Hebridean people and seen through the many fascinating archaeological attractions spread throughout the Western Isles.
