As you arrive at Kelly’s Place you will find parking for up to two cars on the private driveway. Step inside the house to the porch area where there is plenty of space to store coats and boots, plus the rear door exit to the private garden offering a lawned, fully enclosed garden with garden furniture and bike store. On the ground floor you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table placed centrally and a large window allowing a lot of light in from the back garden.
The living room has ample seating with a large wall mounted Smart TV above a fireplace which houses the electric wood burner-effect fire. The family bathroom is also located on the ground floor, whilst on the first floor are the three bedrooms. To the rear of the property is a lovely garden with garden furniture that sits on a patio, along with a lawn and a bike store.
