Hotel has gone down hill since we stayed there last which was a couple of years ago. King bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Pool and hot tub were not working. Food was terrible.

This was our 3rd stay at this property. The other times were good, however this time our room was not good. The toilet ran and would not fully flush unless held for a long time. The shower was not cleaned, there was hair on the walls. Some outlets in the room did not work as well.

Stayed overnight for an event across the street. Check in was quick but parking, across the street, was pretty hard. Lots of vehicles taking multiple spots to accommodate. Room was clean and appears to have been remodeled. However, the AC was limited to 68 degrees in our room. Pillows were slightly uncomfortable. The $20 resort fee is ridiculous but it was part of the price to be close to the Arena next door. The bar area was messy and disorganized. The bartenders appeared tired as they hardly smiled at the customers. Overall, I would stay again for an overnight stay if the event is next door at the arena. Also, the other hotel selections nearby are awful.

Did not appreciate receiving several emails to check in early which went to a third-party site and asked for driver's licence photo. Ordered room service which was fine but the food was very average. Love the easy access to the hotel off the freeway, rooms are clean and well appointed. Service was good.

Very convenient for what we went out there for. Theres plenty of on sight things to do so no real need to leave the hotel if you don’t want to… but if your trying to look around it’s definitely walking distance to almost anything.

Staff very friendly. Raymond at the bar is polite and provides excellent service. We have stayed many times and he’s always there. Great to see a familiar friendly face.
