We really liked our stay at this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. The room was large and nice, and the spa was very nice and clean. Breakfasts were delicious. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only upsetting thing was cost of the parking.

As a tourist there is limited things to see or do in the area however the train was close and i was able to navigate public transport east with staff help.

The hotel had just opened two days prior to us arriving so everything was perfect. Staff were also super helpful and friendly and although the restaurant menu wasn’t extensive, the food was delicious. Would highly recommend

Please have windows closed
During my stay, I encountered significant difficulty with the windows in my room. It took three attempts for the staff to successfully close them, which caused discomfort due to noise and temperature fluctuations. While I appreciate the staff's efforts to assist me, the repeated attempts indicate a potential issue with maintenance or training. It may be beneficial for the hotel to conduct regular checks on window functionality and provide staff with additional training on how to handle such situations efficiently. I hope my feedback can help improve future guest experiences, as I enjoyed other aspects of my stay

New hotel in Kista
I would say very bad service in the breakfast and really slow. Could not even got service before I needed to go to the office. Got compensate with double breakfast next morning, but yeah did not help much. There was also fire alarm in same day I happened to arrive to the hotel. Some doors closed automatically during the alarm, if was possible to open those doors manually but got confused to which way to go since doors were closed. I would say lot of things needs to improve in this hotel.

Nytt och fräscht med mycket sköna sängar
Nytt och fräscht hotell med otroligt sköna sängar och sängkläder, tyst och mycket bra rum. Utnyttjade gymmet och spa-avdelningen som även de var mycket bra. Saknade dock tillgång till dricksvatten i gymmet och en badrock att låna på spat hade varit mysigt med tanke på att man fick gå genom ett trapphus/hiss mellan omklädningsrum och själva spat. Bra frukost och bra parkering med Easypark-appen precis bredvid.
