Very central, excellent breakfast. Loses 1 point because no tea-making facilities in room and had to open big window to cool down (no air conditioning). Quite small room but fine for 1 night.

Older hotel with a really nice feel to it.. located just blocks from Central Station and metro (T-banna) and on a street that is main pedestrian thoroughfare leading right into Gamla Stan.. so, surrounded by lots of coffee shops, places to eat/drink, stores, etc. Also means rooms on front side of hotel get street noise (pleasant during waking hours, maybe not so if trying to go to bed early)..

The hotel is an old style building which matches some of the older architecture around Stockholm. The room we had didn't have air con due to this reason but we were provided with a fan. Our room faced out onto the street but we found it to be quiet enough being on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator which again is an older style which functions well, provided that other guests follow the instructions and shut the door otherwise it doesn't respond to the button call. The staff are lovely and couldn't help us enough, especially when my husband needed medical attention, they helped arrange for him to get an appointment on a weekend which was fantastic. Breakfast was good with a good array of options, even gluten free off you requested it. Whilst there wasn't a kettle on the room, there is the ability to make tea and coffee in the lobby whith other drink options available to purchase. The location is in the heat of Norrmalm which have loads of shopping if that's your thing and it's also not too far a walk from the old town. Overall a delightful stay and we would consider staying here again.

The hotel is in a great location. But Do Not get stuck in Room 103. The room has no ventilation in the bathroom, so with multiple people in the room it quickly became a sauna. The restaurant underneath plays house music until at least midnight if not 2am. We needed the window open for some type of breeze and the noise was unbearably bad. As soon as the music stops the 3am deliveries start. Again the location of the hotel is fantastic, just avoid room 103 if you’re any kind of a light sleeper.

Exactly what I needed for a short stay in Stockholm. Good location, great value, especially considering breakfast is included (and a good breakfast with plenty of choice). Super comfy bed- I was in a single room and it was a large single bed, more like a UK queen size. Bag storage is available too. Would stay again.

Perfect location
The front desk was friendly and helpful. We didn't need many questions. Especially towels and sheets were clean. Breakfast is sufficient, there is the same food every day. Maybe daily diversification can be made for breakfast. The lobby is comfortable and sufficient. Although it was cold outside at the beginning of May, we did not feel cold. Room equipment is sufficient. Even though it was on a busy street, we did not experience any noise problems. The location is perfect. It is very close to both the station and the center. Wifi was working smoothly. It would be nice to have a refrigerator.

Would definitely stay again on future trips
My mom and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was on the small side but this served our needs for our 3-night city break. We both thought the beds were quite possibly the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in (we miss them), and the bathroom was modern and clean. There was a family staying in the room next to us but we only realised this when we went into the hallway, as we couldn't hear a thing from them when we were in the room. The range at breakfast was good and set us up well for the day, seeing us through to afternoon fika before a meal in the evenings on each day. The staff on reception were all very pleasant and check-in and check-out very easy. Tea and coffee is available at no extra cost opposite reception and they also have a small selection of snacks and essentials that you can purchase. The hotel is also very well located along Drottninggatan in Norrmalm, which leads straight to Gamla Stan to the south, and is surrounded by a range of restaurants and food outlets and a very short walk to one of the city's major shopping areas.

Loved our stay! Amazing breakfast every morning. Wonderfully quiet room. Located on a great bustling street in the city with lots of activities to keep you entertained. We were with my 83 yr old grandma who needed a highly walkable location so this was perfect for her. Front desk staff amazing as well!!
