We arrived in the evening and I was already on medication due to some medical condition. Olivia the front desk girl on duty greeted us and she was very helpful in making sure I was fully comfortable with the room and etc. I left a short note thanking her effort and please make sure that the excellent behavior in ensuring guests felt at home never go unnoticed. This certainly exemplified your hotel welcoming message “Making everyone feel comfortable”! Everything is just great about the hotel.

Terrific location. The Arlanda Express takes 18 minutes from the airport to the central station and Freys is just across the road. So convenient. Friendly staff and spotless room. Walking distance from all the shops and great food choices. Only 20 minute walk to Gamla Stan Island. Could not have been a better pick. It's our go to Hotel in Stockholm from now on.

This hotel is across the street from the Arlanda Express train to the airport . Super convenient and really nice since it was pouring rain . They said I could just take the umbrella . The breakfast is great and I even had heart shaped fresh waffles with strawberry jam !

Staff was wonderful. We arrived at 7 am from an overseas flight and the front desk gave us the option of a room in the same category but without a balcony (which we ordered) in exchange for checking in then and there - we took it. Room was spacious and they set it up for us right away.

Great location and service.
Very convenient to stay so close to the train station. It was a pleasurable stay overall. The staff is great and the service is great too. Breakfast was yummy but not too much which I prefer. The room was pretty small but that seems fairly normal. Overall a great stay.

The hotel was lovely even though the room was only slightly larger than the bed in it. We had to do a shuffle to get around each other. The staff were pleasant and very accommodating as we arrived before normal check in and left our suitcases in storage for a late day train out of the city. Breakfast was pretty good but the evening staff in the restaurant weren’t very welcoming. Even though it is known as a beer bar the host was quite abrupt if you went only for a beer.

This hotel is very lovely with exact location where we loved to. It is in center and very near all the historic place like gamla stan and all other nice area. Room was very clean and housekeeping was very lovely, everyday they cleaned our room although room was tiny as well as toilet. Breakfast was wonderful but it can be more update if add some vegan items so who don’t eat pork they have a choice for vegan. KICHEN staff was very lovely except KICHEN old lady who was very rude with me and my husband. I don’t know why she was so bossy on us and sometimes we noticed she staring at us which was very uncomfortable and unfortunate . We believe she needs proper training how to deal with customers but not treat your customers like idiot. However apart of unexpected situation everything was excellent I would say. Thank you
