Hi Georgina, Thank you for staying with us and for your feedback.With respect to the room itself, did you speak with the reception desk regarding your concerns? All of the rooms are different and unless the hotel is fully booked, our receptionists are always happy to assist in changing a guest's room to something more comfortable. The hairdryers sometimes reach the end of their life expectancy, at which point, they cannot be fixed. But as stated above, we are always happy to change the room at any given moment if it's not to guest's liking.
