The modern and well-furnished apartment Vogelvilla with nice garden views is located in a residential area of Stockach and is less than 7 km from the western part of Lake Constance, as well as from the tranquil village of Bodman-Ludwigshafen with its beautiful marina. The apartment is composed of a living room with a wood-burning stove, a bedroom with a single bed, a sofa bed for 1 person and a bathroom. Thus it offers space for 2 persons. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite television. By the wood stove you can spend cosy evening hours in the colder season with a nice book.
Several supermarkets are located within a 10-15-minute walk from the apartment (700 m-1.3 km), and a bakary is only a 7-minute walk (550 m) away. Restaurants, cafés and pharmacies are also within walking distance (2-15 minutes, 200 m-1.2 km). The nearest public beach, where you can swim in the clear blue water of the lake and enjoy the wonderful lake and mountain panorama, is located in Bodman-Ludwigshafen, a mere 10-minute drive or 7.2 km from the apartment. Due to the good location, there are numerous Lake Constance excursions waiting for you, e.g. to the city of Konstanz, which is only a 35-minute drive away and is famous for beautiful old town centre with a cathedral and charming architecture, or to the flower island Mainau. The historical old town of Meersburg is about a 30minute drive from Stockach. Friedrichshafen and the nearby airport can be reached after a 55-minute drive (53 km), and Schaffhausen in Switzerland can be reached by car after 35 minutes (37 km). The area is also perfect for cycle tours along the scenic shores of Lake Constance. In winter, you can go skiing after a 30-minute drive (29 km) near Tuttlingen.
