coût beaucoup trop élevé pour une semaine.
En résumé rapide, le coût est beaucoup trop élevé pour une semaine de location. Il y a le strict minimum, il y a des contradictions dans l'annonce (linge de maison), pas de clim, pas de wifi (précisé "pas disponible actuellement" en fait il n'a jamais été question que ces services soient disponibles un jour) , à ce prix ce n'est pas normal. La piscine n'est pas très propre, les dessus de canapés exterieurs n'ont jamais été lavés rien qu'une seule fois je pense du coup ils collent, pas de ciseaux de cuisine, pas de torchons, pas d'huile d'olive, pas de sel, encore une fois, pour le prix qu'on paye on pourrait espérer un peu plus que le minimum. Il y a un soucis avec les fourmis. Tout est misé sur la situation de la maison si l'on cherche à passer ses journées à la Pelosa. Je recommande vraiment de trouver une autre location où il y aura plus de services et de prestations pour moins cher et plus central si l'on souhaite rayonner un peu plus dans la région. Quant à la maison, c'est vraiment dommage car elle a du potentiel mais aucun effort n'est fait. Il faut baisser le prix de la location.

Villa stark übertrieben, eEher stark in die Jahre gekommene Liegenschaft ist angebrachtt.
Für diesen Preis darf anderes geleistet werden. Das Plus war einzig die sehr nette Betreueuerin Ivana! Die "Villa" ist von Ameisen erobert. Eine Dusche geht gar nicht, in einer anderen hat man den Taster schnell in der Hand. Die Böden sind sind veraltet. Der Pool ist alt und nicht gereinigt. Man spürt, dass hier nicht mehr investiert wird. Das Gebäude steht zum Verkauf und das merkt man deutlich.
