Artist's Beach Getaway

Located on a sandy Calle, this artistic beach house has spacious decks and gardens and easy access to the beach. In addition to the two upstairs bedrooms, there is a small detached cottage with a twin futon couch/bed. Charcoal grill. The owners request guests that will quietly enjoy the property rather than have celebrations or parties. NOTE: There is an apartment on the property that is a long term rental, it has a separate entrance and the tenant does not use any part of the yard or the main house. Dogs Allowed. Renters bringing pets: Additional pet fee for each pet: $25/night capping out at $150 per week for longer stays, $50 extra cleaning fee, $500 security deposit. Bed configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin in House, 1 Twin in Garden cottage.

Artsy warm home
This family home is filled with the owner's art and quirky deco. We had fun exploring the house and enjoyed the location - quick walk to the beach and a short bike ride to town. (One thing that would have made it even better: screens on the windows so that we could enjoy the fresh ocean breeze sans mosquitoes).
