Was very disappointed that someone took my baby’s iPad. We were able to track it for a week on the property before it stopped tracking it. Called several times and was never able to retrieve it back. Will not be renting from the hotel ever again. There are some disloyal employees that work there.

The staff was excellent, the rooms were clean and very quiet. The pool area was clean and well kept. They serve a hot breakfast. And we always appreciate anyplace that allows our furry family members.

Pretty pricey for the condition of the hotel
We were in Stevens point for a trivia contest. We traveled with a small group of friends. We have stayed at this hotel before. It seems like it’s under a perpetual state of reconstruction. The service is always good there the rooms are sufficient, but not terribly clean. they need to be updated. For what we paid for the room I would expect it to be a little better. Not a bunch of choices in Stevens point. It’s best attribute is its proximity to the hilltop restaurant in other attractions

You're doing a lot of updates outside, which is good. It looks like you need to do more inside also. The breakfst area is very small. All around, i think it looks li k e it needs work.
