Staff was friendly, however, our pull out couch did not have any bedding available. When we called down to request sheets, we were brought a top sheet only. We made due with it but that was a little frustrating. Pool was actually warm which was a nice surprise, especially with young children.

Lots of noise from the highway and other rooms. Unnecessarily complicated wifi but we got it to work. Glad we didn't pay as much as the other reservations in our group.

Property and staff are always kind and generally helpful. Have stayed here for many years, however, this time, cleaning was left undone outside the rooms, TV remotes didn't work and elevator smelled like cigarette smoke despite it being illegal to smoke in buildings. Resolution of these issues was sporadic and the remotes never got fixed, they seemed to be missing people and worker shortages may be the ultimate cause of some of these issues. Will likely try again before switching to another place.

My hotel room was very good. Good working hot tub. There was a large group of people tailgating and playing bags right in front of the main entrance. They were intoxicated and loud even past 10:00PM. I could hear them over my TV. Breakfast was just ok. There were laundry facilities available, but they were out of order when I was there.

Upon arrival at 2am, after a long drive, they found out we paid through Expedia and tried to charge us again. It took 45 minutes to straighten it out only to be put in a room with a soaking wet carpet in front of air conditioner, ripped drapes and cheap grey looking towels. We woke later than expected because of the late night, got down to breakfast area with 5 minutes to spare and everything was turned off and was told maybe we could take a bagel. Same staff member from the check in. It was a horrible stay. They made us feel very unwelcomed. Would never stay there again and we wouldn't recommend.

Ac in room not working...staff attempted to fix without resolve...were stating would not get a full refund for 2nd night....eventually did with the assistance of expedias help. Staff not equipped to handle these situations. Kept trying to convince us roo. Was fine...but ac unit not working properly and would just shut off and never cool to set thermostat

This hotel is up to date and immaculate. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. The room we had was so pretty and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent. It is close to activities and convenient. Yet it is in a quiet area which makes it restful. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay there whenever I have activities in this area.

Clean and comfortable. I REALLY appreciated the hot tub was hot and the pool was refreshing and clean! We got a jacuzzi tub and it was great. Breakfast basics were good but the eggs and sausage need an upgrade. Pancake machine was fun!!!!
