Rare Ski-in & out access onto Right 'O Way from this luxury 5 Bedroom Duplex
The Irish Eyes Chalet sits high on the side of Mt. Werner with incredible views of the valley and mountains. Exceptional wood, stone and plaster finishes radiate warmth and character throughout, complemented by plush carpets and furnishings, beautifully lit by unique iron fixtures.
Exposed timber, soaring wood ceilings, walls of windows and lodge-style stone hearth create a spectacular living space, embracing a European design aesthetic and modern mountain lifestyle. The main-level entertaining space is expansive with multiple seating areas to enjoy both the fire and large flat screen TV. The gourmet kitchen has Miele, Sub Zero and Wolf appliances, including a separate beverage center with a wine fridge and small fridge. The large kitchen island is gorgeous inlaid granite with seating for four. The attached dining area seats 10, with a wall of windows providing incredible views to compliment every meal. Off the dining area there is a cozy conversation area for four, again surrounded by windows framing gorgeous views, there is even a telescope for stargazing.
From the main floor, wide carpeted stairs lead to the upper level where you will find the primary and the first guest bedroom suites. Incredible views will great you each morning as you raise the shades remotely from the main master's King bed, with a separate seating area and private balcony, this room has the same warm wood ceiling and floors you see on the main level. The beautifully appointed ensuite has double sinks, a rain/steam shower and soaking tub. Across the landing, the second master also has a King bed plus an incredible ensuite featuring double sinks with an awesome glass enclosed shower and tub “wet room”.
The same staircase also leads to the lower level of the home where you will find two additional Queen bedroom suites with luxurious bedding and private baths. You will also find the home’s 5th bedroom with 3 sets of custom timber XL Twin bunk beds with plush bedding and an attached 3/4 bath. There is a second Full bath just across the hall on this level, as well as a large laundry room. Down two steps you will find the awesome entertainment area with a full bar, billiards table and a large seating area with both TV and fireplace. A wall of windows looks out onto the covered patio and mountain beyond, connecting to the ski room with space for everyone’s ski and snowboard equipment.
Outside this lower level living area there is a multi-level stone patio, heated to melt the snow, with multiple lounging and conversation areas. Steps will lead you to the large sunken hot tub with electric cover and more incredible views. On the next level there is a fire pit, wonderful after a great day of Champagne snow skiing. An incredible ski-in/out property, the home has direct access to the Right O’ Way slope (green) just steps from the deck and private warming house.
Please note at this duplex property, there is a common front entry spaces and shared driveway, as well as all outdoor patio spaces on the main and lower levels of the home including the hot tub. Entering the main front door, stairs and an elevator lead down one level to the main floor with front doors to each of the individual residences. Designated parking is provided for two vehicles only in the driveway with the rental, there is no on-street parking overnight in ski season.
