LUXURY Three Bedroom and Three Full Bath Penthouse Condo in downtown Steamboat Springs with deck views of Buffalo Pass, the Continental Divide, Mount Werner and the ski mountain. Quality finishes, professionally decorated, this property features a contemporary interior with all of the modern amenities you would expect with a premier property. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for creating an extensive meal. In the living room there are hardwood floors, a large flat screen television and gas fireplace. The private snow melt balcony has a gas grill, a dining table and chairs for 6, conversational seating for 4 along with magnificent views of the Steamboat Ski Area. The primary bedroom comes with a King size bed, flat screen TV, a fireplace along with a steam shower in the ensuite bathroom. You can also find comfort in the Second Primary bedroom complete with a king size bed, a TV and ensuite bath. The third bedroom holds two twin beds and the NEW sleeper sofa in the living area completes the slumber choices. A Pack N Play is also available upon request for the little ones in the group.

Four Seasons Steamboat manages this vacation rental home in Steamboat on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company. We are here in Steamboat Springs to solve any issue that might arise or answer questions you might have. We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc…

You will be required to electronically sign our booking contract to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection covering up to $3000 and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.

Perfect location!
Buff Pass Penthouse was just perfect for our stay! Our son got married up the mountain and this location allowed us the ease of walking everywhere we needed to go while in town. We were close to restaurants, the river, coffee shops and bars. There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen and bathroom supplies were sufficient. It was great having a washer, dryer and ironing board and iron. It did rain a bit while we were there so we didn't get to spend much time on the ample back deck since the cushions were wet. The views were fantastic! Communication was great. My only complaint was being charged for early check in. A week prior we were offered to come a day early at a discounted rate, we had other accommodations so we didn't take the hosts up on the offer. We weren't sure how long it would take to get to Steamboat, so we requested an early check in knowing no one had been there the night before. For such a high priced rental, I would not have expected to be charged for a few early hours.

Great Location / Great Property!
This property we perfect for our family vacation to Steamboat. For a summer vacation to the Boat it really has the location you'd want. Since it's located in downtown with a patio facing Lincoln you don't have to fight for downtown parking and you're only 1/2 a block's walk from the core trail and Yampa river which is perfect! We were worried about road noise being an issue at night because of the proximity to the main stretch of Lincoln (also 40), but that was no issue whatsoever. Also, being from Texas, having air conditioning was a nice touch! The AC did go out on us the last few days we were there, but Colorado summers are fantastic and it wasn't too bad. Also, the property managers (Four Seasons) were amazing at communciating and trying to help us handle that issue. I would stay with them again at their properties and would highly recommend.

Our family came in to be with our son for the gravel race in steamboat. The location couldn’t have been more ideal, convenient, and so easy to be a part of all the hoopla in Main Street, restaurants, walk ability… You name it. But I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a great visit in steamboat.

Buff Pass Penthouse was wonderful. It is a beautiful condo centrally located in downtown Steamboat Springs. Walkable to restaurants, bars and shopping. We had a couple small issues with the condo and both the management company and owners were very responsive. I would highly recommend this rental.

An amazing stay, located right in downtown Steamboat. We parked our car in the designated spot and didn't move it again all weekend because we were able to walk to the best bars, restaurants and shops in Steamboat!

The location of this place was absolutely amazing! Right downtown with everything directly below. Their communication was great, making getting into the place super easy. I did reach out at the end with an issue and never heard back. Overall this place was perfect for our big group and really fun, our only issue was the cleanliness. We were unable to use the dishwasher because it smelled so bad, and cups in the cupboards had mold. This is what I reached out about and never heard back on. Otherwise, would definitely stay again!

This property is in an amazing location because it is right in the middle of Steamboat Springs. And the condo is beautiful and wonderfully appointed. We had a great time and the communication with the hosts was exceptional! We hope to stay at this property again.

This condo is Beautiful! Very clean, well equipped and great location. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. The check in process couldn’t be easier with texts containing the address and access codes. Woke up on Sunday to the first snow of the season! Will definitely book here again!

The condo itself was great. The very strong odor from the Thai restaurant in the lobby wasn't great as you walked to the elevator to the unit. However, the smell did not reach the unit itself, or the outside deck of the unit, on the 3rd floor.

Great location!
We rented this property for overflow during a family reunion weekend in Steamboat. The location proved ideal for family to meet as a go between from our house located in Old Town. We met for a happy hour and pizza dinner before walking to the Rodeo grounds for a fun evening. Those who stayed here loved the location and amenities. The property management group kept us informed of easy check in and out procedures. We will definitely rent this property again.

Couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations and the cheerfulness and promptness of a few early- in -the -stay questions that crop up. This place was great! Roomy, very clean and nice, and walkable to pretty much everything downtown! We hardly used the car all weekend. This is one of the best vacation rental experiences I've had, and I would definitely go back.

Our stay during what the locals call “mud season” was delightful! The weather wasn’t great, but the condo was beautiful and our group of 4 adults and one 23 month old, was very comfortable. I will say the showers were difficult to figure out & there didn’t seem to be hot water for the kitten sink. The dishwasher controls were damaged which made it challenging to start. I also think the Teflon pans need to go! Overall the place was well-equipped & the location was terrific.

Stayed in this apartment as basecamp for a few days of cat skiing. Unit is as advertised. Amazing location if you want to go out downtown at night. One word of caution - if your vehicle has a roof top cargo box, it might not fit in garage. Toyota Land Cruiser with Yakima Rocketbox did not fit.
