Looking for something quaint, romantic and elegant that is close to the slopes? Well look no further...This garden level, 2015 newly remodeled studio has everything you need to make your stay a memorable one!

All new tile, carpet, kitchen cabinet, granite countertop, stainless steel appliances, wine bar, also features new furniture throughout and a very comfortable queen size Murphy Bed for maximum space efficiency. And for the kids, the sofa couch pulls out into a double bed. Also remodeled is the private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Outdoor grills and a secluded Hot Tub are available to make the most out of your stay. Additional amenities include a wood fireplace, 40" HD Smart Flat Screen TV, with cable and Wifi.

The unit also has a private and secure storage closet located at the entry way of the unit for ease and convenience, large enough for bikes, skis and snowboard storage.
The laundry room is adjacent to the storage unit, and parking is directly in front of the unit putting you less than 25 feet from the front door.

Spring Break Ski Trip
Loved the little studio for the week. It was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you could imagine that you would need. Within short walking distance to the slopes. Can’t beat the value of the this studio!

Great condo!
Loved staying here. Very clean and well equipped kitchen and toiletries. We used the wood burning chimney every night which really made our winter nights nice and serene. The Murphy and couch beds were comfy. Great location and a decent walk to Gondola square. Owner has great communication. Highly recommend.

Perfect for a couple
This place was perfect for me and my boyfriend to use as a home base while we explored Steamboat for a few days! It had everything we needed (kitchen, shower, bed) and was very clean and surprisingly spacious. It was so easy to walk to and from the lifts with our ski stuff. Only about a 10 minute walk. There’s also a small porch area right outside you can leave your gear at. This place also had a good view of the sunsets;) would definitely stay here again!

The condo is super close walk to the slopes. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need. Great communication with the owner. Looks exactly like what you see in the pictures. Highly recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Wonderful condo
Condo has a comfortable living area, complete kitchen with full-size fridge, oven, microwave, blender, and all the pots and pans and silverware I needed to cook meals. Full bathroom with large shower. Plenty of wonderfully fluffy towels and washcloths. Coffee, tea, and sweeteners in the cabinet. I went shopping for groceries, taking the local bus, and was thrilled that there were 2 large reusable shopping bags there to use. Even a laundry hamper! What hotel provides a place to put your laundry! Bus service is a block away, but I walked to the slopes every day in ski boots. Great location! I highly recommend it, with only one issue. When someone was in the unit above, I could hear their clomping footsteps for a few hours every night. Otherwise, all was great!

Great Location
The unit was the perfect location and size for 2 people. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped to do our own cooking. It’s a little bit dark given that it is garden level but not a huge deal. It stayed cool even though the temperatures in Steamboat were in the high 80s and 90s while we were there. The outside storage unit would be good for storing skis however it wasn’t great for our bikes as there was quite a bit of stuff stored in the unit.

We were in Steamboat for our grandson's youth baseball tournament, some shopping, and some mountain biking. The unit was perfect for the two of us. Everything in it was updated and amazingly clean. The location was a quick walk or ride (by bike or car) to all our activities. Thanks, Chris.

Great place and just a 5 minute walk to the slopes
This place is great for 2 people as it has everything thing we needed including parking right in front of the unit. It is on the ground floor which is convenient. The walk to the slope is easy once you maneuver the stairs in the parking lot behind the unit. It even has a place to store the skis and poles. Chris responded quickly to any questions we had so we really enjoyed our visit.
