It is located just a couple blocks to the iconic shops and dining located on East Beverley Street. This spot is a true loft that requires going up a set of stairs to access the apartment.

ENTRY WAY - Daybed, nightstand with lamp, cubical storage

SECOND FLOOR:

LIVING ROOM - Couch, arm chair, coffee table, smart TV (please login to your own streaming accounts). The fireplace is non-operational.

KITCHEN - Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven and range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven), and drip coffee maker. Center island with 3 bar stools.

DINING ROOM - Dining table for 4, bar cart stocked with all the barware you should need!

BEDROOM 1 - King bed, two nightstands with lamps, hangers in closet, TV, lounge chair. The fireplace is shared with the living space and is non-operational.
