Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

Snowy winter or peak of summer, this family friendly mountain condo invites you to relax and leave your worries behind! When you aren't shredding the nearby slopes, head for the community pool and hot tub for an invigorating dip.

This building enjoys a prime location in Stateline on the south side of Lake Tahoe. It sits less than a mile from the Stagecoach Lodge and Lift at Heavenly Mountain Resort, a portal for exploring some of the best ski slopes in the Sierra Nevada mountains.

After a day full of adventure, whip up homemade meals in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample prep space. Dining comes easily at the breakfast bar. The adjacent sunlit living room offers a lovely space to kick your feet up and tune into your favorite TV shows and movies, all while being warmed by the heat of the fireplace.

This condo is all about convenience, providing a stacked washer/dryer on-site, a selection of board games, and a private balcony.

As evening nears, crawl under the plush bedding in the bedroom - sleep, dream, and repeat!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
