The elevators were horrible! Shower had no hot water. Parking ticket deceiving it says to pay by phone, yet you are charged at check out. I was not told this at anytime about the pay by phone.

The property is horrible, the AC and heater did not work , no maid service , this is not a resort hotel that charges $30 per day , no amenities, pool was cold, bath towels were irritated to the seen and face ,. Whe I complained to the manager, the resort fee was waived, but when I got home , the fee was not credited to my account . I will not stay at this hotel ever again.

My experience was terrible with the staff. It all started with the elevator not working and being stuck on the 6th floor. We had to use the stairs to exit. When I informed the front desk the response was “okay”. Next was a roach in our room. Once again I informed the front desk and was told “okay, do want the room cleaned?”. The front desk said they would send someone to clean the room but no one ever cleaned.on the day of check out the house keeper knocked on our door at 8am asking what time we would be leaving. Absolutely unacceptable considering we stayed up gambling until 3am. The housekeeper was informed we were leaving at checkout time at 11am. Unfortunately that did not stop her from returning again at 10am and 10:34am. When I told the front desk at the time of checkout of the experience the response was “okay, I tell the housekeeper, here is your receipt.” My question was tell her what? No apology was given. We will never stay here again. This was our anniversary trip.
