Room was spacious and clean. Food from restaurant was excellent although we had to get takeout because they were no longer seating guests but people who came after us who were pushy got seated. Water in shower only got to lukewarm not hot. Perfect location for football games as we did not wait in any traffic, was easy to get to, and close. Overall would stay again.

We weren’t allowed to eat breakfast at the restaurant. A convention had preferable treatment even though we paid for our stay also. When we arrived we were told we could have breakfast in the morning and were not made aware of any restrictions. We had to leave without breakfast. The drain in the shower didn’t work. So we had to shower in a puddle of dirty water.

The bathroom was not cleaned upon arrival. Used bar of soap left in shower and hair and dirt on the shower curtain. The next day, room service made one bed and not the other and left the door to the room open and shower was still filthy.

I have stayed here many times. Always had no complaints. For this stay the bathroom had mold, the shower curtain had mildew. I reached out to the front desk but no one addressed the issue or came to change the shower curtain!! Very disappointed.
