Very disappointed have stayed here before and this was the worst experience. Elevator took five minutes to come and door didn’t close for several minutes would not have minded and taken the stairs but we were on the fourth floor and after a long day not something I wanted to do. so it always took a long time to get to and from room. Housekeeping the first night looked like a five year old made the bed. Sheets just tossed up and bedspread just thrown on bed. It was a mess and towels in bathroom were tossed on shelf and messy. Was only a started roll of toilet paper and not replaced. The second day the room wasn’t touched at all and no new towels or toilet paper. Only one ice maker was working in lobby all others were out of order. People hanging out outside looked like the live there. Back door of hotel is not locked anyone can enter hotel and no one would know. Several people sat inside at tables and didn’t look like guests.

It was an older property, and all of the area hotels were expensive, including this one. It was very clean, and the staff were all friendly and very nice. The free breakfast was okay, but no eggs or meat. I would definitely stay there again.

Getting there was very easy, its next to restaurants and a shopping center. The place is a little outdated but is clean and the staff is friendly. Its only 7 min driving from campus.
