What a fun place to stay! It is super convenient to all the down-town shopping and dining. We stayed over New Year's and went to First Night. I believe we will make this an annual event. The hotel itself is wonderful and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Place was in great location, easy access with parking. Front desk staff was great. Included breakfast was poor, slow to refill the buffet, slow to clean the tables, poor selection of food. Room was made up really late even thought we left early every day of our 3 night stay. One of the days they did not clean our room.

Great Hotel In DT State College
This is a very comfortable place to stay right in the middle of downtown SC. Spacious modern rooms, a top notch free breakfast buffet, and a big comfy lobby on the 2nd floor you can hang out in if you don’t want to be in your room. Always stay there when visiting family in town. There is a small Target store in the building, an amazing coffee shop a block away (Elixr Coffee), the PSU campus nearby, and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our stays are usually off-season and at those times the rates seem very reasonable for what the hotel offers.
