College Heights Apt - Spacious 1BR 4 Blocks from PSU Campus & Nittany Lion Inn

Our updated College Heights apartment is just 4 blocks from west Penn State campus and the Nittany Lion Inn and 1.5 blocks from the PSU golf course and walking/biking trail. Our quiet street is lined with large oak trees. Located on the lower floor of our single-family home, this separate apartment features a spacious bedroom with a king bed, living room with a futon for extra sleeping space, a full kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower, and its own laundry room. Guests will enjoy the walk-out basement apartment with separate entrance, windows in each room tproviding lots of natural light, and a large fenced-in back yard with gazebo sitting area and fire pit.

Our family of 4 lives on the separate main floor of the home. Because we have two young children, please be aware that you may be able to hear noise or little feet running on the floor above at times (although they are usually asleep by 8:30pm).

We are experienced hosts, but we are offering a discount on the first few bookings since this is a new listing! We look forward to hosting you!

A gem just a few min from campus
We visited PSU to attend the famous student run fundraiser THON and support our son who was a dancer. We love the set up of the apartment and the location so close to campus. It is nicely designed, had everything we needed, and we greatly appreciated the regular communication with the owner.

The apartment was clean, good location and the stay was seamless. Looked like nice outside space but too cold for us right now! Host mentioned they had children up above, but we never heard any noise.
