Driveway is too steep
Cabin was great, communication and management was great. HOWEVER, it is listed in fine print that AWD vehicle recommended, my AWD Durango failed to make it up the steep driveway. We stayed 3 nights and my tires spun out and I slid back to the road each time. My all wheel drive vehicle could not even make it up. We were forced to park at the base of the driveway, along the road. This was so incredibly inconvenient for unloading and packing the car. The check in email gives exact coordinates for the property because GPS doesn’t find it. But someone parked the garbage can in front of the property’s sign, and there is no lighting anywhere along the driveway. It gets dark so early and I missed the driveway more than once. Due to the slope of the driveway, I cannot revisit this cabin nor can I recommend to anyone.

Beautiful cute cabin
The property was great! It was very secluded and nice. We stayed on our honeymoon and it eas a great central location for lots of hiking nearby! Our only complaint was that there are no blinds to close in the main area and you are pretty close to the road. More privacy would be nice. Also the driveway is very steep and hilly and you really need 4 wheel drive to get up it. We almost got stuck several times and almost slid backwards into the gate. We had to get a run at it to even make it over the hump in the driveway. Overall it was a cute nice clean cabin and we would stay again.

Weekend getaway
First trip to red river gorge. The cabin was super cute. The driveway is awful though. It’s steep and full of divets. The cabin accommodated a family of six OK. 1, 4, 6, and 8 year old kids enjoyed the stay! Beds were comfortable. The firepit only had seats for 3, so that was challenging. Property response was quick! House is deep down the road, so make sure you stop for food, groceries first!

A cozy cabin getaway.
I stayed here for one night while on a road trip with my dad. After a full day of kayaking and hiking this spot was a little slice of cozy heaven. It was close to the parks we were going to. The hot tub was amazing as it was a pinch chilly out. I would absolutely stay here again.

Only thing i could suggest is a small flat spot in the driveway for people to park their motorcycle. I managed just fine on my royal Enfield. But i would have been on my harley i might have been in trouble.. other than the driveway this place is perfect

Great price for everything you get
Other reviews are correct you need awd to get up the hill especially if it’s wet at all as it’s got a steep gravel incline. They actually text me the day we arrived to let us know house keeping had slid off the hill and we’re stuck. This place really thought of everything. Any cooking Utensil or dish they had it. Even had a hair dryer which I was incredibly thankful for. Other recent guests left some extra fire wood and lighter fluid which was nice. This place has 2 bedrooms and 2 pull out sofas. The only tv is in the living room which I figured by the photos so I’m glad I brought my iPad cause I need the tv to sleep lol. The bedrooms are small and the curtain in the window helps make it black out dark I slept so dam good! The one bedroom has a metal bed frame I will say it’s very creaky and loud. So if you’re having some intimate time and other people are staying with you, keep that in mind lmao! The hot tub was a nice soak after exerting all the muscles hiking at natural bridge. The fire pit was nicely arranged and it was nice. We used the grill both nights we were there I’m always cautious and brought aluminum foil to cook on. Someone mentioned in another review about problems with ants and bugs. I saw no ants inside and the only bugs I noticed were moths in the bathroom idk how they were getting in though. We can’t wait to come back though the price was great and it was a short 30 min drive to the gorge or natural bridge.

Focused on Money not Comfort
This was a hard one to review and I went back and forth on what rating to give it. The one thing for sure that holds true is it’s 100% focused on making money more than being comfortable and creating a good client experience. I rarely ever leave negative reviews. Hot tub was great and the saving grace. Without it I honestly am not sure if we would have been able to function. The chairs and the beds were some of the most uncomfortable we have ever sat/laid in. Everything felt and looked like it came from Walmart as far as couches/beds/pillows as far as comfort level. The cabin is nice although as I said you can tell it was a budget build, built for one thing and one thing only. To generate money. I’m fine with that as long as other areas make up for it and this one just didn’t. Location is good, very quiet. Make sure you do have 4wd driveway is steep but manageable. It mentions that in the ad. Definitely lots of bugs in the cabin. I grew up in the woods and this honestly didn’t bother us but if you are city people you won’t get along well here. I won’t mention what types of bugs. They have a disclaimer in the listing as well for this. Although it’s an easy fix, we live in the country next to woods and don’t have near as many in our house and we have 2 kids that go in and out all day.
