End of Summer short trip
Great views, quite, clean and tastefully decorated. Everything was as described/pictured. There was a sewer smell from laundry/bathroom. Maintenance was unable to find problem before we left. Hopefully this is resolved

Excellent tucked-away area for relaxation
Overall the property was great; everything was clean and well kept. The grounds are beautiful as is the surrounding area. The only issue we had was that the WiFi wasn't working for the duration of our stay, which caused some trouble for those in our party who had to work.

Great secluded cabin with amazing views!
Our stay here was wonderful. The cabin is bright and nicely decorated, had ample space for me, my husband and our adult kids, and had enough other areas that we were able to enjoy our idle time here. We came to see other attractions, and ended up deciding to come back to the cabin for an evening by the fire. The hot tub was a nice addition too. The only thing I gave less than 5 stars for was the spiders -- we had to go around to every doorway and clear out spiderwebs in order to use the outdoor spaces. That happens in the woods, but a nice touch would have been to have those cleared away before we arrived. No other issues -- the kitchen was stocked with cookware, dishes and anything you need to cook, the washer and dryer came in handy, and the neighbor's dog kept us company in the mornings! I'd highly recommend this cabin, and might use it ourselves again in the future!

Cute, Clean, Quiet!
We had a great stay at the Furnace Mountain Retreat. Bonus that we were greeted in the morning by a sweet neighborhood doggo named Butterbean! Remember to bring your coffee grounds. Cabin has a coffee maker, but no Keurig or coffee grounds.
