Narikela Villa and Estate Overview of Property

The entire upper floor of the main villa features an extensive living area with a king bed, an ensuite bath featuring both a shower and a tub which overlooks the ocean. The suite also features a private dining table and seating area, a full kitchen with appliances and large pantry. The upper floor has a wrap around deck with glass walls and beautiful 360 degree views.

Suite 2 is at ground level with spectacular views of the ocean and also features an ensuite bathroom, with a king size bed and opens to a covered area for outdoor seating.

Suites 3 & 4 are also ground level with king size beds and a Jack and Jill bathroom. These bedrooms are well appointed and guests have ample space in a very comfortable environment.

Dining & Entertainment building measures 36’x36’ and is the gathering place for both dining and entertainment. This building features top of the line appliances and spectacular views of both the ocean as well as the pool area. The building is equipped with air conditioning, a bathroom, and a large TV surrounded by comfortable seating. The dining area features an oversized island for casual dining or a more formal table.

Laundry building is located to the east of the dining room and is available 24 hr 7 days a week should you need it.

Gazebo by the pool features comfortable seating and cover from the sun.

The dock building features both a bathroom and shower facility to rinse off after a day out on the water.

The Tree house located on the beach is exclusively for our young guests to enjoy in a tropical setting, a hidden slide and a yellow submarine.

The yoga studio, with its serene ambiance and soft lighting, provides a tranquil space for practitioners to cultivate mindfulness, strength, and inner peace. The area features a Harlequin dance floor, air conditioning, an extra large shower, bathroom and a private dock. The perfect area for large groups and parties.

The beach at Narikela is clearly its greatest asset - a private white sand beach adorned with an abundance of majestic “coconut palm trees” by which the name “Narikela” means or “the tree which provides all the necessities of life”. The powdery white sand, as soft as silk beneath your feet, invites you to sink into blissful relaxation. As you stroll along the shoreline, the warm sun kisses your skin, while the swaying palm trees provide a natural canopy of shade. This idyllic haven offers a sanctuary for those seeking solace and rejuvenation, a place where time stands still and worries fade away. You will find several daybeds, swings and other comfortable seating and a beach bar is also located close by for cold refreshment.
