Checked in with no problem. Toilet wouldn't flush, TV had only 4 channels the service stated that other channels were unavailable, coffee service was inadequate, internet signal was inadequate the signal continued to go off and it was impossible to use the internet.

The towels and sheets had stains. The hotel is old and needs updating. The AC unit was so loud that I couldn’t sleep. The area to wait for the elevators smelled like marijuana and the parking lot was even worst.

I have stayed at the Stamford several times, it is my go to hotel there. Over the last 18 months I have traveled to Stamford at least 25 times and stayed at many hotels but I always go back to the Stamford, it doesn’t disappoint. Great staff, clean, quiet and spacious areas to just relax

Most surprised restaurant was not open. Had to call for face cloths ( black ones are not appealing nor do they look clean ) & fresh bath towels when service was requested daily. Very quick delivery by evening staff thank you! *** Very disappointed to witness staff in “convenient food take out kiosk “,using same gloved hand used for register till to pick out danish put them on a plate , again using same gloves hand to put them in micro wave. Not very sanitary. The lady was most friendly though.
