If you liked the 90s you’ll love this hotel
The hotel is clean. Staff are friendly. The furniture and decor are dated. I read that the property is to be redeveloped which explains its condition.
I’m sure this was impressive when it first opened

What an awful experience! There was a narcotics anonymous event going on- 3,000 People. Crowded, loud, front desk staff could care less than we were there with our kids. Room was dirty and small. Never again!!!

Serviceable and expeditious staff. Clean room. Great comfortable beds. However, the bathtub water stopper was not working, there were not enough towels (expected one towel per guest), there was no conditioner for the hair and the thermostat kept lowering the temperature below 70 although i set it up to 72.
