Very accessible, view is amazing, I had a 1 bed room very spacious. Love it all in all, I’ve been staying at this property for the pass 8 yrs now. Stayed in the Hilltop also pretty good.

Pretty decent - be mindful of access & Food
Good location for anyone looking to get into Havensight. Safe and secure facilities but someone at of a walk between the lobby area and the rooms. Plus a steep hill to access the hotel from the main road. This is a challenge when looking to get food after 9pm which is when the onsite restaurant closes.

the TV only worked half the time (fixed only to have go out again), the room phone didn't work, no maid service, told to call if we wanted it, (but phone didn't work) The workers were rude and unfriendly. Front desk and bar were nice. Only told about maintenance after we checked in (very loud). Well not stay here again.

Checkin process was quick and easy. Everyone I encountered with was friendly. Room was nice. I had a nice view. Bathroom was a little dirty but was quickly cleaned.

The room was very nice. Great view! However, I had an issue and called after 8pm on September 6th. The front desk clerk, Mo was extremely rude and did NOT address my concerns. Letting me know she was working alone and abruptly hung up the phone. No one was at the desk at time of checkout on the next day. My first experience at this resort and I'm not happy at all. The poor customer service actually messed up my overall stay. TRAIN YOUR STAFF!

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The room and balcony views were amazing. The staff were friendly. For those who may have physically incapabilities, please be mindful that this property is very hilly with steps on top of steps to the lobby, your room, the restaurant etc. I highly recommend if you want an affordable property with great views and close proximity to everything. Renting a car is the best thing!!

I've stayed at Bluebeard's several time but never at this section. I was pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and decor of the room. The one set back for me was the access to the room. Way too many stairs from the carpark. Other than that, I liked this property abd would definitely select it again.
