This was not a bad place to stay after our flight was cancelled but having to climb the stairs with all of our bags was the last thing we wanted to do. Also, there were no water bottles or water for purchase anywhere on the property. I have never been that thirsty in my whole entire life. I grabbed an ice water from the restaurant and kept it in my fridge to sip on throughout the night. The bed was very comfortable. My ceiling leaked all night.

Our room had an amazing view of the St. Thomas Harbor. The Internet, however, was extremely slow and had a hard time keeping up with the streaming TV that was provided to the room. There were no elevators for our third floor room, which was not an issue for us because we’re in fairly good shape, however, people who are not comfortable with climbing stairs Should reconsider this property. Check in at the front desk was amazing and super friendly. And the made to order breakfast was extremely tasty. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit over a trickle. When we timed it, it took almost 15 seconds to fill up one cup of water. Our overall opinion is that is a bit overpriced of a hotel for what you’re getting. That being said, I guess you do have to remember you’re in the Caribbean and nothing‘s cheap.

Prejudiced towards locals.
We were a group of friends from the island doing a small stay-cation. Upon checking in, our room was VERY MOLDY, and I couldn't breathe properly. The clerks who checked us in were quick to find us another safer room. I think they're the only reason this place has 3 stars. The rest of the stay became uncomfortable when a Ms. Joanna came into work. In truth, much of what she came to us with "aligned" with hotel policy. However, the delivery was almost rude and it seemed like a certain policy only applied to us, the locals. The day after checking in, extra guests needed to be accounted for which I learned via phone in the early morning. After her unpleasant and borderline rude phone call, she proceeded to send people to the room. Mind you, I had just woken up which I had expressed to her, asking for a few minutes. When the third person came and she called again with the same request, I was feeling very harassed by Joanna and the people she had "checking" on us. Fast-forward to me paying, Joanna then calls me back to tell me that I signed a no-smoking policy, and that she saw us smoking MJ on her cameras. I "couldn't smoke MJ" on the premises, despite smoking in the designated smoking area but the White and Spanish groups that were there for our ENTIRE stay were smoking MJ, Cigs, + blunt AT THE POOL WHERE THERE ARE CAMERAS, could. Joana also mentioned banning me from the hotel, and being kicked out without being refunded for it. Now you tell me if that's prejudiced or not.

The staff was really awesome and respectfull but the hotel need some basic renovations. Like the door of my rooms had holes and were cover with stickers. The pool stair show a lot of deterioration. Not a good place with someone that can not climb easily the stairs. The breakfast was great, I had the pancakes both days.

Excellent spot on hill within walking distance of bars shopping and waterfront. Great bar on premises and good food. Staff kind and rooms cool and accommodating. Great little pool area and lounge deck. Safe and in good part of town.

It was great i always stay there because it's walking distance to catch the 2 dollars bus if you don't have a vehicle and the staff was great and the room service was excellent and the room was very clean didn't have a problem at all and the kids love it there go and try it and you will see what i am talking about
