King & Prince South Ocean Villa 22

This listing features a 2 bed/2 bath condo available for rent year round. Our rates vary based on the season and length of stay. Our family LLC has independently owned this villa since 2016. Our villa is located at the King and Prince Resort on Neptune Road of Saint Simons Island.

Our 1250 sq ft. villa has been remodeled & modernized . The kitchen is fitted with marble flooring and granite countertops, new cabinets , and appliances. It offers a 27" washer/dryer combo, 38 gallon hot water heater, & living room couch with queen pullout mattress. We have added crown molding & plantation shutters throughout.

There is marble flooring in both bedrooms and bathrooms. Also, both bathrooms feature custom cabinetry with granite surfaces. The master bath has been enlarged and offers a double vanity with walk in shower. The shower is marble, handicap accessible ( 3 inch clearance), and features shower heads on two sides as well as 3 rd detachable hose.

The villa features 163 mph hurricane impact / noise resistant glass facing the ocean. The sliding doors and windows in the bedroom and living room can be opened and screen replaced to experience ocean breezes inside the villa. We have tile flooring & an 8 piece set of teak furniture on the balcony for ocean views, relaxing, and dining outside.

Crabdaddys, Crab Trap, Beachcomber, & Fiddlers are all recommended restaurants within short walking distance. Use Golfnow.com for low cost tee time reservations. Sea Palms Golf is 5 miles from the villa. King & Prince Golf: 12 Miles. Jekyll Island Golf: 20 Miles. Choose a short walk to Ocean Motion for beach wear & bike rentals . See attendant under the yellow umbrella on the beach for chair & Umbrella rentals .

24 hour security is provided by the King & Prince HOA. Covered parking is included. We require summer rates for UGA vs. FLA weekend. We require fall rates for Christmas through New Years Eve. Follow us at www.facebook.com/kpSouth22

Great stay at St. Simons
This was a very nice stay at King and Prince condos/villas. Nice, comfortable unit. Great location, nice beach view, handy to pool. Owner was very good to work with, good communication. Issue with resurfacing of walkways was quickly and happilyvresolved. Highly recommend.

My 2 daughters, 3 grandchildren, and I had a great time in the villa. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach and pools were beautiful. The villa is also within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

We loved everything about the place. The view was beautiful and the windows and balcony added to it. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Everything was clean and just as we expected based on what was advertised. Will definitely stay here again if available!!

Great K&P condo!
Perfect condo for our family! Very well stocked kitchen, large dining table (last year we stayed in a K&P condo with a small circular GLASS table that was not ideal for my toddlers), a few toys, and generally very conducive for our family thanksgiving week. A few items are starting to show their age (in the twins room the bed is a bit rickety and some of the dresser drawers won’t stay on track) but none of this negatively impacted our positive experience. And the host communication was amazing, she texted just to check in mid-week on how our stay was going! Also plenty of pillows and an air mattress that helped for our large family. Thank you!!

A little disappointed
Nice property. Living room TV did not work properly. Had it fixed and then it went out again. Probably was on a total of 6 hours. We enjoy watching football together. Few minor issues- Trash Lid broke, stain on bed blanket, walls were scuffed in some areas. Just felt like it should be better for the $.

Perfect for us!
Our family was looking for somewhere to stay during Georgia Florida weekend. The King & Prince is a terrific location. You can walk to so many restaurants. The beach is right there. You are not far at all from the village. The condo met our needs. We really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Would definitely rent again.
