This three bedroom townhome has all three bedrooms upstairs, a very large living room and tv's in the 3 bedrooms. The additional outdoor glassed in porch with AC gives you a little more space to spread out and extra place to safely park your bikes or pool gear.
Close to clubhouse/fitness center, pool and lake. The clubhouse has ping pong, computers and a game console as well as an additional laundry area, tv area or card room.
The guests have access to the pools from 10 am to 10pm please honor these pool hours.
The fitness center is currently open 24/7.
Guests can fish in the stocked lake without a state license, there are bass and brim in the lake, most fisherman catch and release.
Please do not feed the ducks bread.
Our complex entrance is connected to the island bike paths and is an easy ride to the village or beaches. The bike paths are lighted at night and within 8 blocks you can be in the village area where there are restaurants, the pier and the lighthouse are. There is also a putt putt course there near the lighthouse.
Our complex also has a playground and there are two others within that 8 block walk or ride to the village.
Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music or other audio. No loud voices. No running or playing on stairs.
Pet must be approved and pet fee of $50 applies.
