• Sleeps 10 Adults and 6 Kids: Our spacious home features 5 elegantly furnished bedrooms, each with king-sized beds (the primary offers a California King), and a dedicated bunk room with 6 bunk beds. Comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests, there’s ample space for everyone to unwind.

PLEASE NOTE: Pool Heating Fee: A $400 flat fee will be charged for heating the pool for stays of 4-7 days, which must be requested 2 days prior to your arrival. For stays under 4 days, a daily charge of $100 applies. The pool will be pre-heated to 85 degrees or as per your directions to up to 88 degrees.
Hot tub heating is included in the daily rental and takes about 30 minutes. We recommend a temperature between 98 and 104 degrees for safety. Please note that excessively hot water may pose health risks, and we do not assume liability for health issues related to hot tub temperatures.
