Great Location

Overall is was a great stay! The only issue was the window treatments are see through and there are lights that stay on outside all night long in the front and back. Black-out curtains would be a great addition to the condo.

Very Convenient

Overall, this place was excellent. Beautifully decorated, wonderful location with a fantastic view. Only 2 things kept this from being 5/5. First, floors were dirty upon arrival; Second, the mattresses should be noted (one (MBR) is extremely hard (I mean hardwood floor hard)), the second has a crater-sized divit on one side of the mattress. Honestly, great place, these were the ONLY 2 things.

Peaceful, clean, great location!

This was a fantastic property! Clean and stocked with everything we needed for our week’s stay. The community was quiet and peaceful and only a few miles from to Ft. DeSoto Park. The host was great and very responsive. Beautiful home, would highly recommend!

Beautiful view

Very nice rental. Decor is beautiful, stocked with the basics, and beautiful view. The only suggestion would be the mattress in master bedroom. It’s very firm and hard to sleep comfortably. I tried the fold out couch one night, which was softer but still uncomfortable due to springs. Overall, this place is 5 stars if you can get over sleeping on what feels like a concrete floor.

Great Intercoastal View and Nice Pool

Stayed here with my brother in law in town for some fishing and lazing by pool. This property was perfect. Kitchen was well equipped with everything one could imagine, a very nice balcony with a view of the intercoastal and pool. Bedrooms were nice and the beds comfortable, although..maybe close to a matress change. Really enjoyed ourselves. Glad we found you on VRBO. Thank you

Close to perfect

Our stay was very nice, but could only give 4 stars for a few reasons: The combination of bright outdoor lighting and opaque shades throughout resulted in the unit not actually being fully dark at night. Room darkening window coverings for the LR and blackout for the bedrooms would have been wonderful and would have made it possible to get restful sleep each night. Water pressure and water temperature was inconsistent. Shower & sink in 1st bath had a great shower w/GREAT hot water, but almost no pressure in sink faucet w/tepid temp at best. Tub and sink in 2nd bath had the opposite problem. Kitchen sink was fine. A ventilation system within the unit had a fan running constantly, which always made it feel drafty. A small bistro set on the balcony would have been a great place to dine comfortably outdoors and better enjoy the absolutely gorgeous view! LR furniture was very tired & uncomfortable. Laundry in unit would seal the deal for us to return again. Loved the location, walkability to some of our favorite restaurants. Very quiet property in a beautiful location. Paula was super-responsive with any questions I had. Check in & check out were a breeze. It was a great place to escape winter in the midwest! Thank you, Paula. You have a lovey property!

Family for the holidays

This was a beautifully updated condo with lots of light and a balcony overlooking the pool and the bay. It was very comfortable and quiet. Everything was in very good condition and sparkling clean. My family really enjoyed the week they spent there.

Perfect winter getaway

Beautiful condo and great location. It was just the right size for our family of four and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do - beach, fishing, dolphin watching, shelling, swimming… The owner thoughtfully stocked the kitchens and bathrooms with nearly everything you might possibly need. A great experience from beginning to end.

Quiet Retreat

Away from the hustle and bustle of St Pete. Located very close to Fort DeSoto where you could walk the beach or bike the trails. Lovely area all around. Only negative we experienced was the hot water heater only pumped out lukewarm water so showering after being in cold water (swimming with Manatees in November) was very unsatisfying.

Quick stay - nice property & amenities

Nice place - quiet and not too close to the hustle and bustle of the public beaches. Pool area is nice and clean with a view of the water. Bathrooms and kitchen are new and well-appointed. Would love to visit again!

The property is approximately a 10 minute drive to beautiful Fort De Soto Beach. Walking distance to restaurants. The unit was clean and very well maintained. The property manager was always available and very professional. My family and I would most definitely repeat the visit. Thank you!
