Your home has a GIGANTIC heated swimming pool (80-85 degrees oct15-april15) with beautiful surrounding Pergola and sun lounge chairs that create the most ultimate spa - like experience! GET ready to have a nice relaxing evening by the fire pit roasting marshmallows! 5 MINUTE DRIVE TO BEACHES!!
Guests have access to the entire home. HEATED POOL seasonally.Always hot and ready HOT TUB are sure to please! Home has 2 car garage, fenced yard. We do not charge a fee to heat our pool unlike our competitors!

We have designed this home With your ultimate vacation experience in mind!
Our beds are often described by our guests as being “ the best I’ve ever slept on!” I would tend to agree I have the same mattress in my own home! Everything you would need is in the home.

✔️ KITCHEN- fully stocked. Stainless appliances and quartz counters . very long 10 foot island with 6 bar stools are a chefs dream to cook and entertain at the same time. This kitchen has everything you would need. Knives, silverware, pots, pans, crockpot, toaster, waffle maker, martini glasses, wine glasses, coffee, cups, tons of plates, dawn kitchen soap, hand, soap, kitchen sponge, tons of garbage bags, dishwashing pods under the sink. We provide Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. Sugar, filters, creamer, herbal tea, saran wrap, foil, Ziploc bags, Tupperware. 12 cup traditional brew coffee maker.

✔️ BACKYARD- LARGE HEATED POOL , HOT TUB , pergola with lounge chairs, out door dinning table w chairs , fire pit with chairs , grill with propane attached and super chic market lights!

✔️ GARAGE- 2 car garage with full sized washer and 2 full sized dryers. All beach / pool toys , beach coolers and beach chairs/ umbrellas are stored here . we have a spare propane tank for the grill in your garage

Commonly asked questions:
1. Pool is heated 80-85 degrees. From October 15 -April 15. We can not turn it up. Please do not book this home if that is not warm enough for your group. We do not charge an extra fee to heat the pool
Our yard is fenced in with white PVC 6 foot privacy fence. Pool is 3 ft shallow end and 6 feet at deep end. No diving allowed.
2. Check out is 10 am check in is 4 pm
3. We are located 3/4 mile to grocery store, banks, many restaurants, dollar general, gas stations, walsingham park, beaches.
4. We do not allow parties( if you are not sure what a party is contact me and we can discuss )
5 max capacity 8 guests at all times
6. Quiet hours are 9 pm to 8 am daily
7. Closest beach is Indian rocks and Indian shores 3 -5 min drive
8. Clearwater beach is 7 miles away

This home is wonderful, and a great location for us near family in Seminole. The homeowner thought of everything; it has anything you could need and then some. Loved the heated pool and hot tub. Fantastic Home Away from Home
Our rental was amazing! Great location near lots of restaurants and stores and a few miles from the beaches. The home was exactly as described! Immaculate inside and out! Wonderfully decorated as well which made it feel very cozy. The owner had so many extras throughout the house that made it so much easier to be on vacation without having to do a lot of shopping. Beach and pool equipment included! Pool and hot tub were fantastic and the yard was great. Easy and fast communication with our host and an easy process to check in and check out. We will definetly rent again if we go back to the same area in the future! Highly reccomend! Neighborhood was quiet as well. Just what we needed for a relaxing vacation!

Weekend to see the Orioles
Wow! From the moment we opened the door we were amazed, the house was perfect for our quick weekend away to take our Grandson to see the Orioles play in Tampa. We are huge O's fans, originally from MD and he was lucky enough to play on the O's in Little League this year, so this was a big deal. We have never stayed at a house that was so turnkey, the only trip we needed to Publix was to get food. Whenever I had a question, from the moment we booked, Sandra was quick with an answer. We spent all day Saturday enjoying the pool and Steaks on the grill Saturday night. We ran out of Gas for the Grill and there was a fresh tank in the garage!! The kids loved all the pool toys. I can promise you, you will not be disappointed!!

We had a group of 7 girls stay for 4 days for a beach getaway! We are from MN. The home was more than we expected! The property was nice and clean including the pool area! They furnish so much more than what is listed in their description! We didnt have to worry about buying spices or coffee as it was all supplied. There was even Aloe Vera that came in hand when we all returned from our first beach day sunburned! The host even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy! Communication with the host was supurb….very friendly and fast responses. Will definitely be staying again!

A Perfect Poolside Getaway!
Our recent stay at this great home was perfect! Sandy's attention to detail made all the difference, every aspect of our stay was designed for relaxation and comfort. Upon arrival, the warmth of the modern yet cozy décor welcomed us into a well maintained space. The bedrooms, with comfortable beds, provided a good night's sleep. The property's location is ideal, just a five-minute drive to the beach, easy access to sun, sand, and surf. The home itself, featuring a beautifully landscaped pergola and sun lounge chairs, created a spa-like atmosphere that was hard to leave. We appreciated the convenience of the private fenced yard for our dog Milana, which also added an extra layer of privacy and security to our stay. Also, the fact that there were no additional fees to heat the pool was a pleasant surprise and spoke volumes of the value Sandy strives to provide. We highly recommend this place, 5 out of 5!

Best of both worlds!
We typically rent right on the beach but we decided to forego the pricey rates on the beach and go with a more reasonable option. This house is exactly as the pictures indicate and more. Loved the spacious entertainment space. The house is stocked so well and had everything we needed. We did a lot of baking, cooking and grilling. But the backyard was wonderful. It was a little chilly in Florida while we were there so the heated pool was amazing. We continued our morning beach walks ( beach just 5-7 minutes away) and then came back and spent the afternoon in the pool. So the proof of a 5 star review is to say that you signed up for the same property next year and we did!! Can’t wait to go back. Thanks Sandy for being an incredible hostess!

This is definitely one property we would return to in the future. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The owner of this location has taken VRBO to the next level. Beautiful, well appointed home away from home
The only disappointment of our stay is that we couldn’t stay longer. The owners communication was wonderful leading up to and during the stay. Very quick to respond every time. The kitchen was well appointed with tons of seasonings and plenty of cooking utensils. The little gifts left for us were a pleasant surprise after a busy travel day. Beds were all very comfortable. Plenty of towels for bathrooms and pool available. Nice plus to have laundry supplies available as well. Decorations were great! Simple, modern and fun. We got good use of the heated pool and hot tub as well as the comfortable lounge chairs outside. Such a great outdoor space. Location was also perfect. Quick drive to the beach for some amazing sunsets. Plenty of restaurants available within just a few minutes drive. A few things are even walkable. We walked to the dollar store for some snacks. Nice, safe 10 minute walk. We highly recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to book again when returning to the area
