The Space:
Beach and water surround you. Enjoy this modern and bright floor plan with plenty of room for the family to relax, have fun and share memories. This home has a large PRIVATE heated and cooled pool for you to enjoy. Every detail has been carefully thought out, outfitted and updated. This is an upscale, coastal, two-story waterfront oasis home. The white sandy beach is only a block away. Amazing home inside and out. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with a second family/rec room on lower level. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Keurig K-cup coffee machine to get you up and going. The outside oasis features a patio lounge cabana, a sofa set with swings, and dining table for 6-8 guests. A gas BBQ makes for a fun pool fiesta. This place is great for cooking out, relaxing by the pool, going for a beach stroll, or taking in all that Indian Rocks Beach and Clearwater Beach have to offer. Walk to beach and local favorite restaurants, and a short commute to explore Tampa.

The Twin Dolphins is a large private home that is thoroughly disinfected between guests. We do our best to accommodate early check-in requests but ample time to clean and ventilate the property between guests is paramount.

This waterfront pool home is a two-story retreat with 3 bedrooms on the upper level along with a bright open kitchen, dining and living area. A large balcony spans the entire home, excellent for tanning, and overlooks the pool deck and waterfront oasis.
Bedroom 1: King bed pillow top mattress. En-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Dresser with drawers and large closet. Sliding door to upper balcony deck.
Bedroom 2: Two Twin XL beds pillow top mattress. Dresser with drawers and closet.
Bedroom 3: Two Twin XL beds pillow top mattress. Dresser with drawers and closet.
Bedroom 4 (lower level) King bed, mattress. Dedicated AC. Dresser with drawers and hanging space. Window door opens to lower pool deck.

Pack n' Play, high seat, and crib available.
The kitchen is well equipped with a stove & oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and plenty of cutlery and flatware.
We offer plenty of towels for the bathrooms and pool, along with shampoo and conditioner and hairdryers.
There is a wheeled wagon for bringing gear to the beach, various beach chairs and beach toys for you to use.

The lower level features the entry, a stairway to the top floor and a large rec space with two 49" smart TVs, a PS3 with numerous games, books, movies and and a large workstation area. We offer high speed internet for all your work and school needs. This space opens to the waterfront oasis and pool deck. Lower level (ground floor) also features a bedroom with a king bed, and a bath with walk-in shower.

The private pool and dock area offer plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Two kayaks allow you to kayak with dolphins and pelicans in the surrounding intracoastal waterways! Pets are allowed with a $200 flat pet fee. Max 3 dogs.

This property is all tile floors so dogs are considered for additional fees. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Minimum rental age is 25. This property is suitable for families and couples but not large parties. Quiet time starts at 10pm and is strictly enforced.

Great place
This house and location was perfect for our family. The two separate living areas was great for the adults to be upstairs and the kids downstairs. Plenty of beds and space for everyone and there were lots of beach toys/accessories! Anything you'd need! Josiah, the owner, was very responsive to my communications and was extremely helpful. We appreciate all of his help in the craziness of our stay.

Had all we need and more
This house is awesome for any group of people. We had our 5 adult kids and us. Plenty of rooms and basement space to crash on sofas. Plenty of TVs, video games, board games etc. The pool is awesome and the covered area by the pool is ideal for beating the heat and cooking out. We fished everyday from the dock, caught some good ones. Saw manatees swim right up to the dock. The beach and a variety of restaurants are really in easy walking distance. No need to worry about driving and parking. Great house overall. I will go back again.

Perfect family getaway!
My boyfriend and I had our families fly in and meet, and we all stayed together at the Twin Dolphins! It was perfect :) The dock was our favorite spot for morning coffee and visits with the manatees. We spent the entire day out in the pool, grilled at night and had plenty of space for us all to be together when we wanted and apart when we wanted. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and walking distance or a short drive to the beach and several bars and restaurants. We're locals and really loved having a big house for everyone to be together! We'll be back!

BEST FAMILY WEEKEND GETAWAY!
Our host was so helpful and informative from start to finish. The house was clean, open, and had everything you could possibly think of to accommodate every last detail of what you could need or want. This property was gorgeous! Great neighbors who informed us of local events and were so friendly. The pictures don't do this house justice, its BEAUTIFUL inside and out! My family and I were just looking for a weekend away to spend time together, this far exceeded any expectations I had. I would highly recommend this property and host. You will not be disappointed in anyway. We will be back, thank you so much for all of your hospitality!

Great house for big family vacation! Some minor issues on arrival with wet towels still in the washer and overfilled garbage bins in the garage, but otherwise a clean house. Grill grates are rusty and should be replaced but nothing foil couldn’t fix.

The location is very close to the beach and restaurants, so it's very convenient. Lots of room inside and a nice pool set up in the back. There are some things that could be improved upon. For example, there are no coffee tablles or side chairs in the upstairs living room which makes that space a lot less comfortable and usable. It also has a mildly damp feel and smell to it, which may be because it's so close to the water.

Beautiful House on the canal
The house was beautiful and the perfect layout for our family. It had everything you need for cooking and hanging out. The house was easy to get to and walking distance to restaurants and the beach. The dock out back was great for relaxing and I did a little fishing as well. We would definitely stay there again!

Family Beach Stay
So pleased with Twin Dolphins. Exactly as described. We live locally in an small condo, but our son and his family were visiting from out of town, so we wanted a place with more space and a pool. Very clean, even more kitchen supplies than I expected The downstairs game area was a perfect space for the kids to hang out. The beach is a short walk away, although we ended up spending most of our days poolside. Kids fished off the dock and saw manatees! I would definitely stay here again.

Great home with pool and close to beach
Twin Dolphins is just a described. It's located on the bay side of Indian Rocks Beach, but is only a few minutes walk to the beach. The heated pool is fantastic, and the house comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 people. There are plenty of beach toys and equipment to enjoy the beach, and lots of restaurants and attractions close by.
