Our favorite vacation place
We had the most wonderful vacation for the 3rd year in a row. We love the house. Just for your information. all of the floors on the 2nd floor ( bedrooms and bathroom ) were very sandy..... rest of the house was beautiful as usual...

The property is a very short walk to the beach which was really great for our young grandchildren and there were plenty of beach toys, chairs, and towels, and a wagon to carry it all. The house itself was not as "kid-friendly" as advertised, but it was OK. We had two minor problems, but the management company was attentive. We were there during a tropical storm and the house is very solid.

Great house on Sunset, walking distance to Caddy’s and Katiki on the beach as well as convenience store and other restaurants. House is well stocked with a simple in and out process. Great for multiple family members, didn’t have to drive anywhere.

We absolutely LOVED our visit. The location is beyond perfect. The house came with so many amenities for the beach and loved the outdoor rinse off station. We had 3 littles with us and thought the house was extremely kid friendly. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and we will be back!!

Amazing Location!
We really enjoyed our stay. You are literally across the street from a great beach, Caddy's the restaurant opens at 8 and has a good menu and good service. There is shopping nearby, but we spent all our time at the beach. The house has a cart and some toys available too which was really nice. There are a lot of stairs and the bedrooms are all upstairs and share one bathroom. There is full bath on the main floor along with a full size washer and dryer which is really nice. There was everything we needed in the home. I wish there were some stand-up or box fans we could have used for more air flowing the bedrooms and white noise. I would describe the beds as firm. Overall we would definitely look for this property again when staying in the area.

Loved the property. We had 8 girls, and everyone was comfortable. Air mattresses are provided with extra blankets - we barely had to leave with everything so accessible. Would recommend to any of my friends now and in the future. Thank you, Steve, for making our weekend incredible!

Gorgeous home and amazing neighborhood.
I booked this stay for a friends wedding that was in treasure island, and being so close to caddys made it so convenient (amazing food). The home was nice and clean comfortable stay for us and had all the supplies we needed for our week stay. I would book this in a heartbeat again, its litterally a few hundred feet and you're in the ocean.

Home was well appointed and comfortable. Location was fun. Beds were comfortable and house was clean (though the shower doors definitely could be updated or washed better so it doesn’t look like soap scum is embedded. Electrical issues caused the security system to go off randomly causing us an hour of distress. The person noted to be called in the welcome book never called back and thankfully the VRBO app had another persons name who picked up and sent someone late on a Saturday night to the house who tore the system off the wall and resolved the head shattering, ear drum popping alarm. Fans in the house are all on same frequency so if you turn on one it could possibly turn off one in an entirely different room and floor. Besides the alarm debacle our family enjoyed our 3 night stay!

This property was perfect for our group and agenda in every way. It has incredible beach access with many ammenities very close by. Caddy's is the best beach bar in the State of Florida and is right across the street.
