Located in a smaller building with just 12 units on a more private stretch of Indian Shores Beach, this condo is the perfect haven for a peaceful getaway.

Upon entering this spacious and immaculate condo you will be wowed by the thoughtful touches!

There is a full sized kitchen with all the necessities for cooking up your favorite meal or snack, plenty of seating at the dining table or bar stools. The kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom all have views of our sandy white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico- meaning you won't have to leave the AC to take in the views! The living room features plenty of comfortable seating, a large smart TV, and easy access to the massive private balcony that overlooks Indian Shores Beach and the beachfront pool. Kick your feet up and enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour drink of choice while listening to the waves and catching our world famous sunsets. No matter what you're in to- this roomy condo has everything you'll need!

This condo also features two good sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts access to the private balcony and Gulf-front views, a king-sized bed, TV, and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanities.

The guest bedroom features two twin-sized beds (can be converted to a king-sized bed with our king conversation kit if you are traveling with two couples, just ask). and it's own TV. The guest bathroom is right down the hall from the second bedroom and has a tub/shower combo for convenience. Queen sleeper in the living room for a total of 6 people!

There is free wifi within this unit, and a full-sized washer and dryer for ease. This unit also comes with one assigned undercover parking spot and one guest spot and obviously easy access to the heated pool and Indian Shores Beach!

Beautiful Condo, Lovely Beach
The condo was exactly as described in the listing. The pool was out of service, due to recent hurricanes, but it was still worth every dime. It was during late November so we hadnt planned to swim anyway. Relaxing on the beach was fabulous! And we didnt have to buy chairs because the owners provide chairs and miscellaneous beach items for your use. My son and his wife are staying in the Clearwater area (he is working hurricane cleanup) and we were able to feed them a proper Thanksgiving dinner in a beautiful setting. I would recommend this property over and over!

This condo was exactly as advertised. Beautiful spot on a more quiet section of beach. My kids loved having their own room/beds and a closet of sand/beach toys to use. We appreciated a well stocked kitchen, spacious condo, and oversized balcony. Short driving distance to grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.

Beautiful condo on beach with perfect view. We arrived Sat evening. Sunday was great. 8am on Monday the jackhammer started. It was below our condo so it was so loud and shook the floor. We finally had to leave. I called realto and she stated" I know about the construction

I am in love with this unit and this complex. We have been staying in the Indian shores area twice a year for the last 5 years and this is by far my favorite stay so far. Condo is super clean, has everything you need. It is a smaller complex so not many people at the beach or pool, almost felt like a private beach. Bed is comfortable, plenty of beach towels and nice beach chairs. Balcony is spacious, had nice furniture and a ceiling fan. Washer and dryer in unit made it really nice to do laundry through out the week. I could go on and on!! The views are amazing and you are steps away from sand. Will definitely book this unit again

Great vacation condo!
We would definitely rent this condo again. View from balcony is amazing. We loved the huge balcony. Clean, great size, good location. Could use a few more towels and wash cloths. Be sure to bring your own beach towel. Lots of beach accessories provided. We loved it!

Don’t walk. . . Run away as fast as possible!
I gave cleanliness 1 Star only because there wasn’t a zero option. I cleaned two days just to make it bearable. We bought a coffee pot as the one provided wasn’t useable. Dishes in the cabinets had cooked eggs stuck to them as did the silverware in the drawer. Accuracy of description of was so far off, the bedding had long black hair stuck between the sheets, kitchen dish towels so stained, the deck furniture was so Sun rotted with holes visible. Unbelievable! Spoke to the property manager and was unbelievably rude, told me I could check out!! Overall rating for this place got a 1 only because there wasn’t a Zero! Seriously Run Away! If you don’t, you’ll be sorry you didn’t listen to me.

Just left us enough to last until we got to the store next morning. No mistake, this is their policy. Not close to stores, restaurants, pubs, etc. Need car to get anything.

This property is a great place to stay. Location is perfect for drive’s up and down the Gulf. Unit is very large and comfortable with terrific views of the Gulf. Could use more spices in the pantry for staying in and cooking.

My 50th birthday vacation
This is an amazing condo. Beautifully decorated, clean and fully equipped. Very comfortable and cozy but very roomy. I fell in love with the balcony and the amazing view. I will definitely come back to this condo next year.

Felt just like home!
This condo was perfectly appointed and beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was comfy, and the patio was beautiful. Everything felt new and the number of beach towels was amazing! LOL. The neighborhood was on the quiet side, but that worked well for us. The beach was clean. You will not go wrong visiting this home.

Enjoyed but will return to enjoy the summer time beach.
loved the view and deck. Need to do it during the summer time to enjoy the beach. Could use a vacuum cleaner and a few minor things but overall we loved the stay. Would do it again.
