Great house in a great location
This house was amazing both inside and out . The pool was beautiful refreshing. The location was close to the sponge docks of Tarpon Springs and about 25 min drive to Clearwater beach. I highly reccomend this house to stay. The owner Cregg was very helpful and answered our question right away.

Perfectly Delightful
This is a lovely home, spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bikes in the garage were a wonderful surprise, and we used them often. The spices in the cupboard made it easy to cook meals. There is a large pantry for all of your groceries, something that is often lacking in other vacation homes we have rented. Plenty of towels, paper products, and even shampoos and soaps. I highly recommend, and look forward to staying there again.

Tarpon Springs Getaway
This is a beautiful property located in a safe neighborhood in West Tarpon Springs. It is within minutes of two of the towns best beaches and only a few minutes from the Pinelas Trail. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was more than accommodating. They really have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They were very responsive when we had questions. The location of the house was also perfect. Close to everything. Hopefully we can stay here again on our next trip to tarpon springs.

The Perfect Florida Oasis
We recently stayed at this stunning house in Florida, and it was the perfect getaway! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, beautiful decor, and thoughtful amenities throughout the home. Each room was tastefully decorated, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped with high-quality appliances and even included pool-safe dishes, which was a nice touch. The bedrooms were spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds that made for restful nights all around. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool! The outdoor area was beautifully maintained despite two recent hurricanes in the Tarpon Springs area. The backyard porch quickly became our favorite spot for morning coffee and conversation. Although the fence is a bit low (so you may want to keep that in mind), the space was private and inviting, with a lovely waterfall fountain and plenty of opportunities for bird-watching. With local beaches temporarily closed due to the storms, the pool became our private oasis where we spent most of our days soaking up the Florida sunshine. Our host, Greg, was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and attentive to every detail, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. If you're looking for a perfect home with a pool in Florida, this is it! Five stars all around!

The house was fresh and clean. Felt very open and beachy. We really appreciated the beach wagon and beach supplies. Loaded it all up and enjoyed a day at Honeymoon Island State Park - highly recommend. The backyard pool was just right for kids on a hot afternoon. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking. The host responded in a timely manner to all of our questions and concerns. Great location. We would definitley stay here again.

Such a quiet wonderful home.
We really enjoyed staying at this home. Cregg responded very quickly whenever we had a question. We loved using the deck chairs and the sand and pool floats. We had every thing we needed. And the kitchen is huge. We ate a lot at home. Just wonderful.

Cregg’s house was perfect. It was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well appointed as well as the bathrooms and outdoor area. All furniture was high quality - beds, couch, chairs were all very comfortable. Kitchen cooking utensils, pots and pans were high quality and in great condition. Everything seemed brand new and very well taken care of. Every small detail was perfect. We will definitely stay here again!!

Girls trip
My daughter and I along with her bestie ran away for the week. This was the PERFECT spot. Short drive to clearwater for great food and beautiful beaches. I recommend captain jacks in town. Close to cute boutiques and the two local beaches. The house was perfect. Very clean. Beds were great and showers amazing. Pool was fun! Deck was peaceful. I can’t brag on this place enough. The home owner Cregg is just wonderful! Quick to help with anything. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautilful House
Had a wonderful time, but a few suggestions. My husband and I are well over 70, so the throw rugs in the bedroom are not safe. I folded them up and put them down when we left. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. Also lovely to look at. I wish there was a reading lamp with the living room chairs. Bathroom were very clean and nice. Wish there was a guard rail in the shower. The pool was nice, but unfortunately, the weather was not great. I like that Howard Beach was close by, and we enjoyed that as well as the shopping and restaurants in Tarpon Springs. Overall, we both really enjoyed staying at your house.

We stayed at this rental for a week, for a niece’s wedding and festivies. The house is well furnished, comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was better equipped than most other rentals we’ve used. Location is quiet and close enough to beach, restaurants and grocery stores. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and very easy to work with. Make sure to get to Rusty Bellies in Tarpon Springs on the water, but make reservations b/c they are very busy even mid week. Great seafood and reasonable prices. Will use this rental again if we have other family events in the area.

Fantastic place!
Cregg's Vrbo was wonderful. Great layout and beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was outfitted with everything you would need. We didn't use the pool much due to the weather, however it was nicely heated and the backyard is very private. As a host, Cregg was very helpful and his communication was excellent. He provides a unit that is full of extras and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Definitely would stay here again in the future!

I have traveled to a few houses over the years and this has made my top house! Its everything. Great communication from owner. Clean organized home. The owner included everything needed for a beach day like towels, floats, chairs and umbrellas. Bikes. Then the inside included all of the basics. A few back up things like bug spray, spf, sugar, coffee, shampoo, soaps…Just bring your own food and drinks. Plenty of everything. Super comfortable beds. Clean baths and shower. Loved the walk outs to the decking and pool. It is like your own private jungle. Frogs, birds, lizards and more. Excellent location close to beaches, stores and restaurants. Back to the house… the pool is outstanding. It was so peaceful, we spend most of our time in the pool. Very safe quiet area. Loved the inside and outside lighting. Gave such a cool chill vibe. Made it feel like a vacation beach home for sure. Overall a great experience. Everyone loved it so much. They really did think of everything, we appreciate them sharing the house with us!

Tarpon Springs Spring Break
We used VRBO to get away for Spring Break with my family. Everyone loved the house and pool. It was very relaxing outside and inside. Loved the pool and the outdoor sitting area. There was great wildlife entertainment. If you are a bird watcher bring a soot square and install it and watch the birds come. Cardinals, Blue Jays, Woodpeckers, ducks and squirrels. Very close to beaches and plenty of places to eat. Grocery story close by too. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
