Restaurants, Bars, Boutiques, Coffee and Ice Cream shop all within walking distance. If you want to experience the real Old Florida feel this is the place for you.

Pass-A-Grille Beach studio everything you need is here! Nice big deck with beautiful views of the Gulf. White soft sandy beach a few steps away. Restaurants, Bars, Boutiques, Coffee and Ice Cream shop all within walking distance. If you want to experience the real Old Florida feel this is the place for you. The room is 300 sq ft..with a queen size Murphy bed that folds up easily during the day to allow for plenty of living space for a couple people. There are 2 comfy swivel chairs and a flat screen tv. Nice little kitchen with everything you need. And plenty of space for your clothes and toiletries.

We have a laundry room on site 2nd floor also that requires quarters to operate. Wifi is available. Large comman deck with awesome views of the beach and Gulf to soak up the sun and watch fantastic sunsets. Steps to the beach restaurants and shops. Paradise in Pass a Grille
We just loved our stay! The unit is VERY tiny, but it is clean, comfortable, and makes very good use of space. It was stocked with everything you might need. We were surprised to find beach towels, beach chairs, etc. available for us to use. The host let us know that we could check in early (bonus!) and responded very quickly to a few questions we had. Did I mention how nicely it's decorated? Just adorable! Easy 5 stars from us!

Weekend Beach Getaway
Julie's beach condo was a lovely place to stay for my weekend getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality cookware, dishes, and utensils. The murphy bed was extremely comfortable, and the all the linens and towels looked brand new. The condo was clean and comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially time on the community deck which provided a spectacular view of the Gulf and unbelievable sunsets. I visit Pass a Grille about once a year and will look to rent from Julie again.

Perfect location on the perfect beach. Although the balcony was being repaired and we could not use it- which would have been awesome- we had a great time. Small unit but all we needed for the two if us. Would definitely say there again.

Small but AMAZING!
This was a last minute rental for my mom and I and as I was looking we wanted something extremely close to the water the unit was tiny but it worked for what we needed. We didn’t spend a ton of time inside because we were at the beach and things planned. The views from the shared balcony were gorgeous especially watching the sunset every night. Check in and check out was simple. We enjoyed our stay. You wouldn’t be able to have anyone else stay with you as it was cramped when the Murphy bed was pulled down but perfect for 2 people! We loved our stay and Julie was quick to respond and was amazing at helping us and getting us in last minute! Would recommend this unit to everyone!
