Mari Jean on my birthday
We went here for my birthday and the day was pretty nice the place was nice enough that we stayed an extra day. It is downtown St Pete which makes it very convenient for everything there was never really anybody there that we saw I don't know why the desk was always empty but it was not like people were sitting around I don't even know if anybody else is in the hotel room. The staff was very kind that I did run into and it was very nice and clean. The room was awesome decorated and lights and green and black and it was just amazing the shower was less desirable but can't have everything. Breakfast was something that was not really special or spectacular either but it was nice to have a cup of coffee and the Danish before we started our day.

Great staff, great place Be prepared for loud music intil 3am if you are at the front of the hotel!! Also I paid $25 for overnight parking but the lot was full and I parked in the street anyway!!! Oh well! Mari Jean is a life experience and I say that as a straight male!!

I have never been so happy with a hotel experience as I was staying at the Mari Jean. The staff were incredibly kind and so friendly. Drew was amazing and gave us great advice on places to go. Everyone stopped to chat with us and gave us great food suggestions. Tom was an absolute pleasure to speak with and really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. I have never felt so safe in a space that wasn’t my home. We loved our stay and will only stay at the Mari Jean when in Florida. Thank you to the staff for an amazing time and we can’t wait to come back with more friends!!!

My second stay first time was September 15th,and 2nd time was November 1st.Check in was actually fun and exciting,i feel like a loved family member.Mr Drew is a great asset to the businesses along with Mr John,i inter acted with them the most.Also David and Gracie was nice also.When i check out i immediately search my calendar for a return visit thanks to all involved to my customer experience to include downstairs at the pool.

We had an highly positive experience with the hotel, staff, and parking. Unfortunately on our second night of the stay - there was an incident with Club security in one of the attached club venues, clearing chairs for the "show". While I would recommend the hotel - I would not recommend the Clubs - and believe the Security Staff needs to be re-trained in Customer Service - realizing without clients / customers - No clib - No Job!

where should I begin? Let me start with the staff from the manager of operations, David he’s amazing. The quality of the resort is Disney standard, which is my standard for where I like to stay and they exceeded the standard staff to the cleanliness to the breakfast bar and evening Cocktail hour I would recommend anyone stay there if they want exemplary service, beautiful rooms, and treated with the highest level of customer service
