The well-appointed kitchen has updated, stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the dishes, utensils, cookware, and supplies you need to prepare meals at home, making it easy to enjoy the convenience of dining in.

Relax in the luxurious king bed, enjoy direct access to the private balcony, and unwind with your favorite shows on the TV in the master bedroom. The master also features an attached bathroom for added convenience. The cozy guest bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed and a TV, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There is also a sofa pullout for use in the living room area giving you extra sleeping space as needed.

**Please Note: As of November 15th 2023 - The Land’s End Community Association will collect a one-time fee in the amount of $50 per condo upon entry, to include one car if needed. A 2nd car will be an additional fee.**

Land's End is located at the end of a peninsula and is surrounded on 3 sides by water; the Intracoastal Waterway to the east, a pass to the south and the Gulf of Mexico to the west. It is a gated and secure community giving you peace of mind and comfort. Here you can take advantage of the large, heated pool, two hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball court, shuffleboard, and a gazebo with a grill area. A lovely boardwalk wraps around the community, with walkways leading you directly to the pristine beach.

You will have tons of things to do in the area if you are looking for activities! Treasure Island has some of the most beautiful beaches, you can explore more than just Sunset Beach! John's Pass Village is approximately 3.5 miles away, offering a lively waterfront experience with shops, restaurants, water sports, and entertainment for all ages. Explore all of our area beaches and beach towns by using the trolley system! The Trolly runs Gulf Blvd., providing hassle-free transportation all along our local area coastline. Walk to Caddy's on the Beach (about 3/4 miles) and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere, live entertainment and beachfront dining, a popular local spot just down the road.
