Island Paradise is a 3 bedroom 3 bath Intracoastal waterfront home overlooking a sandy island. Relax in unique, custom designed pool and fish off the dock. The Gulf's legendary white sand beaches are only two blocks away. The living room is equipped with queen murphy bed and pull-out sofa sleeper to accommodate additional guests, max 8. Guests use pool, dock and water toys at their own risk.

Indian Rocks Beach is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Beautiful
This was a beautiful house and Zoie was incredibly responsive with any issues, although there really were no issues. Caught plenty of fish off the dock and the kids bunk room was so cool for my children. Great place to stay and the golf cart was perfect to get to the beach so to have the intercostal and easy access to the beach was a unique opportunity. Thanks Zoie.
