This area is only a short walk from restaurants, shopping, a water park and many attractions. Enjoy making memories with family and friends - you won't need a car, but if you have one, enjoy secure on-site parking. *Please Note: This unit is 2 floors up from the ground level parking garage, so stairs are required to access the unit.

Perfect Stay
What a beautiful condo in a great location. The beach is gorgeous and steps away from the condo and the pool. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a vacation spot. Stores and restaurants are easily walkable. Ample parking. Can’t recommend highly enough!!

Loved our stay at the beach
This condo exceeded all of our expectations! We have never had a rental stocked so well, even with things we didn't even think we needed, LOL. Very clean, and the location was perfect. There are quite a few steps up to the unit, but the view from the balcony was the payoff! If we have the opportunity to be back in the area we will book again, if it's not already taken. Suzy was lovely, even allowed us to check in a bit early.

Another Great Beach Stay
It was my second time staying here, and it was absolutely great again!!! The place was even better than last time, and it was super then!!!! I liked that the kitchen has some spices, oils, and other needed additives. The fridge had some basic things for use also. The view and sunsets are worth it, and the location is so convenient. The other tenets in the building were friendly, and we all got along. Just cannot beat the beach views and atmosphere. Suzy is a great host, and most friendly to work with, if needed. I cannot come down next year, but hopefully in the future again. Will miss those morning beach walks, for sure!!!

The condo was perfect for my family (myself, husband and toddler). The amenities were great and we had everything we needed at the condo or a block away at CVS or Publix. Super clean and the owner was so kind to allow us to check in early to accommodate our child's nap. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous Beach Condo
Wonderful beach week with a 19 month old in tow. Condo had everything we needed-pack & play, booster seat, toys. The host had everything we needed for cooking including spices and condiments. The condo was immaculate and the view spectacular. Loved the convenience to the beach and pool. There are a good amount of stairs to the condo-FYI. Easy walk to Crabby Bills and CVS. Highly recommend!

First family vacation to IRB
We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation and first visit to Indian Rocks Beach. The condo had everything we needed for two adults and two little kids. Extras that stood out to us include: binoculars, beach chairs, sand toys, high chair, pack n play, nightlights, coffee filters, condiments, games, towels, washer/dryer, etc. The owner thought of nearly every detail to make for a comfortable, convenient vacation and was very responsive to any questions. The balcony setup was great to enjoy morning coffee, beach/pool views, and beautiful sunsets. The hose by the beach access came in super handy. Having the pool and beach so close was absolutely perfect. We walked along the beach daily. The location was convenient for short walks to restaurants, shops, brewery, bakery, and ice cream; plus just a short drive to a grocery store and many fun day trips. As mentioned in another review, the smoking allowed in the condo below was an issue as it kept us from fully enjoying mornings and sunsets on the balcony. We understand our host cannot control this (and is not at fault), but still important to point out for others. Hopefully future guests at that particular condo will be more considerate of their surroundings. Overall, we had a memorable time and would highly consider booking this condo again in the future!

We had a very good time. Condo was clean and very nicely decorated. Appliances nice! Lots of extras in refrigerator upon arrival (condiments etc). Pool was cleaned often during our week stay. Only 2 items that needed attention 1) condo below us allowed smoking on deck which traveled upward toward our condo deck and 2) the exterior of Sand Isle needs some attention in terms of paint. Otherwise, the condo met our approval.

Perfect condo in IRB
You can’t find a better place to stay in Indian Rocks Beach than this property. Wake up to a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf. Walk to get your coffee, head to the beach or the pool for the day and then you can walk to one of eight nearby restaurants. The condo is beautifully decorated and provides you with everything you need for a perfect vacation. Owners provide excellent communication. Our family has stayed here for the last few years and we’ve recommended it to friends. You won’t regret renting this property.

Awesome Winter Break
The entire stay was just great!!! Was able to get in a little early, and found everything to be wonderful!! Place was very clean, and kitchen was well stocked with all the nice extras that one might need, like seasonings, coffee, filters, creamers, etc. Plenty of nice towels, and great beach towels. As others have stated, the view, and sunsets were amazing, and access to the beach is easy. Even got to see the moon setting a few times. Great location for walking to stores, shops, pubs, and restaurants. I am booked again for next year!!! And owner was so very nice to chat with on several occasions. I was there for 3 weeks---awesome!!

Loved everything about the condo! The location, views, cleanliness, proximity to restaurants. but what really sets it apart are the little details. Beach towels and sunscreen, cozy throw blankets, bathroom products, condiments and seasonings, coffee pods all stocked in the condo made it feel like home. Highly recommend!!

My favorite place to stay!
My family has been coming to the property for years and it is our favorite place to visit. The condo/ pool/ beach, restaurants and epic sunsets off the balcony are exceptional. Always a wonderful time!

Beautiful sunsets and great location!
We had a wonderful time at this IRB condo on the beach. Sunsets are beautiful and there are tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Communications with the host were fantastic! The house is very well appointed and even had lots of spices, condiments, and additional paper products, such as paper napkins. Would highly recommend - we are definitely planning to stay there again!

We had an amazing trip and the condo was perfect! It was clean and had THE best view that we enjoyed from the time we woke up until we went to bed. The seating on balcony was absolutely perfect! Well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook in a few nights as well. Suzanne was very prompt in responding to questions and checking to make sure all was okay with our stay.

We loved our stay at the condo. The condo was fully stocked with all items you could possibly need. It was clean, open, and updated. Our favorite part was the amazing views. Morning coffee on the balcony, watching the ocean and listening to the birds. We loved watching the evening sunset with a glass of wine. The beach area was private and not crowded and there are so many places within walking distance to eat delicious food and shop. Suzy, the owner, responded very quickly to help answer any questions we had before or during our stay. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Great location and stay at IRB
It was our first family trip to IRB and it did not disappoint. We hope to return! Unit: The unit was extremely clean and decor charming. With two bedrooms, we had more than enough space for all 4 of us. The lighting was nice in the evenings and the skylight gave it some more flavor. We used the pool a few times and it was literally steps off the beach. The beach lounge chairs were a nice add. Great communication with the owner, Suzy. Location: On the beach w great sunset view. Streetside, walking distance to a few shops, restaurants, bars. Pros: The unit; decor and how clean unit was; supplies in unit; family vibe of the town; beach proximity and shops Cons: - Parking: The unit has 2 spaces side by side, but one is permanently held with a vehicle. It is extremely tight for a small truck. I spoke w owner on this some. The real icing on the cake for me were locals either visting renters or locals attempting to use pool/beach adhoc by making their own space! I had two vehicles park all day in areas that were not actual spots (to right of parking spaces) and couldn't move my vehicle. They finally moved by 6pm, but was concerned that by the time I would vacate apt., I would be blocked in. It would help if the complex enforced 24x7 towing and hung up proper sinage. Noise - Like any summer beach town, there is the drift of party noise, live music
