What a nice Hotel and great staff!
The stay here has been excellent. I've stayed at quite a few hotels the past month, and this is by far the nicest. The staff here are extremely professional and very nice. The Day Manager, and Emily were awesome, we had to extend our stay due to unforeseen circumstances. I just met the night staff and they have also been friendly. I really appreciate all you've done.

Unfortunate equipment failure
Had two queen size beds, thank goodness. One of them was lumpy. So bad I couldn't get comfortable to sleep on it. Other bed was better, but their mattresses needed replaced. Something happened to the ones in the room. Nothing they could do about that right then, so, moving on. Something was wrong with the air unit in the elevators. They were almost unbearable to be in at certain times. These were just unfortunate situations that needed corrected. I personally don't fault a place for equipment failure. Unless they are choosing not to fix them.

The staff here were amazing. We booked this trip and the hurricane came and the facility is also a hurricane shelter so we were safely taken care of. The location is also in the center of everything. Maderia beach is only a 9 minute drive and clearwater beach is around 25 minutes. Food around the area was alright, but the area has a lot of interesting cafes.
