My room was located on the first floor close to an exit door and all night people were in and out slamming the doors. The hotel ran out of coffeee cups and also there was no food at breakfast and you had to wait for everything to be filled up. It was slow and not well planned out with having the breakfast food stocked. There was no fresh fruit. The room service never filled my body wash every day and I would have to ask for this.

Place was dirty. Dead roaches in bathroom when checked in. Booked mobility handicap room. Given room on ground floor away from entrance door. Told no other available. Room was musty and damp. Blackout shade broken. A disaster
