Brand New Beach Front Condo Located on the White Sugar Sands of Treasured Island, Florida.

This Condo officially opened in March of 2019. Everything is beautifully appointed and ready for your beachfront vacation!

Relax and enjoy the luxury of a private condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico!

There is a separate entrance to your condo unit and a private balcony for your comfort.

One reserved parking space, located in the shade and under the building., will be assigned to you. It will have your condo number clearly displayed.

Feel the sand and surf between your toes as you walk out of the building and directly onto the white sandy beach!

The spa and pool are just steps away from the beach!

Take-in the gentle Gulf breezes and watch the amazing sunset views from your private balcony or from the roof-top deck.

The modern and spacious kitchen offers generous counter space and plenty of cabinetry to store your food. Highlighted by stainless-steel appliances, a range, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, and coffee machine. Silverware, dishes, glassware, and cups for up to eight people are located in the kitchen.

The kitchen flows easily into the living area with an open counter-top bar.

The dining area has a beautiful round table with seating to comfortably serve four people.

The interior of the condo is well-appointed with nautical themed art work and brand new furnishings. The Gulf front view from the living room and master bedroom is spectacular!

The Master Bedroom has an a King-Sized Bed, 49-inch Samsung HD T.V., table lights with USB ports and power outlets to charge your electronic devices.

There is Free Wi-Fi in the condo and on the grounds outside.

The Living Room boosts a 65-inch Sony Bravia Ultra HD 4K Smart T.V., and a Queen-Sized Sofa Bed.

The Guest Bedroom is has a Queen-Sized Bed, 43-inch Samsung HD T.V, table lights with USB ports and power outlets.

Feel the gentle breeze and listen to the surf roll-in at night as a doze-off to sweet dreams by the beach!

Check-in is via a secure code for the front door of the condo. Please contact us directly for the code. The reception desk does NOT have the ability to provide you with the code.

401W Oceana Condo has amazing views of the Gulf and Treasure Island Beach. You don't have to take very many steps from the condo and you are walking in the beautiful water of the gulf...The condo had everything we could have asked for and then some. The balcony is something all on its own...the views were absolutely breath taking. The patio furniture on the balcony was great to sit on and watch the sunset at night. The balcony has plenty of room for all of us.The owner was amazing to work with - he made sure everything was great for our family. We will definitely be back to visit Oceana 401W at Treasure Island.

The check-in process was simple and straightforward, though we overlooked the request for completing rental paperwork until the property manager emailed us and brought our oversight to our attention. Tom (the property manager was very friendly and helped guide us through the paperwork and the registration with the property offices. The unit was very clean, and all appliances worked as expected. The beds were comfortable, and the sleeper couch was moderately comfortable (a reluctant praise from our son). The pool and jacuzzi were open, as promised, and provided us with some relaxation time. The beach was clean and quite empty for this time of year (a welcome surprise).All told, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely rent againā€¦

Beautiful condo and location. Beach is fantastic with cabanna's, umbrella's, loungers for rent steps from the condo. Nice pool and hot tub. Publix and several good restaurants are within walking distance. Tom was easy to contact and very responsive. We really enjoyed our time on Treasure Island and highly recommend this host and condo.

The condo was small but nice. Convenient to the beach, restaurants, Publix etc.. Parking is an issue if you have more than one vehicle. Kitchen was minimally stocked. Recommend taking trash bags and detergents. Communicating with the owner was difficult. Overall, a good experience.

Excellent Place to stay and go to the beach. There was beach chairs, toys and coolers in the closet. The place is bigger that the pictures appear, the beach is right off the back of the condo, covered parking is another bonus. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and we all slept comfortably. Everything else we needed, restaurants, shops, grocery store all within a few minutes of each other. 100% would stay again.

View of the Gulf
The property was perfect for my wife and I, with a four day visit from our son. Located right on the Gulf, we could watch sunsets on the large balcony, or walk down to the beach in a couple minutes. Treasure Island is a fun city, with many good restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks at this property.

Perfect place to catch the sunset on the patio or rooftop deck. Plenty of eateries close by. Our favorite for breakfast was Frog Pond and lunch or dinner Sea Dog. We spent most of the time on the beach and relaxing.
