I love the concept of no human contact but it has many drawbacks. 1. Clean up the outside appearance of the property and feature it proudly, with lighting and camera angles. The interior/exterior photos make you think it is in the 200 block of Osborne. 2. I like the refresh of the property, but still had cat/dog odor when entered the room. 3. Price point is what intrigued me to try it out. 4. The cleaning fee is OK but the windows were streaky and the floor in bathroom dirty. Maybe employ an inspector so you’re getting good service. 5. I was good with the security of the property but I could see some people not staying because of the surroundings. Not the worst part of St.Marys. 6. You need a catch or something to display. I noticed the sign coming out of the parking area. Good luck to you in the future. After camping on Cumberland it was a nice place to clean up and sleep.
