Downtown is a beautiful place. Problem is the tents on the sidewalks houses the homeless. Not a safe place to stay. Our shower was dirty and you could hear the elevators all hours of the night.there is an extra $45.00 a night to park the car, there is nothing to do close by, the restaurants and bars close early. The staff was very nice and respectful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and breakfast bar had a good selection each day. Our room had a nice view downtown St.Louis.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms clean Middle of the city, so you're close to everything. Had fun playing pool Dis likes- parking, some homeless, didnt beg to much.Breakfast was free, but first come first serve. Which sucks if other kids grab a sandwich and then throw it away. The stay was nice hotel is beautiful, elevators need to be repaired there was only one working it was very shaky, hotel was very busy the weekend I stayed needed extra breakfast attendees but they did the best they could to keep up staff was great overall

Gave us a room with one small bed instead of the 2 bed I reserved in FEBRUARY. Keys would not work so we had to ask a security every single time to come let us in. We sat outside our room with two YOUNG kids for almost 45 minutes waiting to be let in our room. We asked for extra blankets and a pillow so our kids could sleep on the HARD FLOOR, and we were denied those. And when we confronted a manager they said “nothing we can do about it”. Would never recommend a family to stay here, or anyone who is in a hurry to go places. We spent hours of our vacation waiting to be let in our room.
